This isn't exactly for me since it's a request from my friend, but I would like to know... Does anyone know where one might get piano sheets for some Tales soundtrack? To be more specific, Symphonian ones and the one to "Yume de Aru Ni" that plays in ToD remake at LEON'S SCENE -hint hint spoiler-? She's really looking for the Yume de Aru Ni one, though she'd like Symphonia ones too. Still, any Tales would be fine; for I'll be the one forcing her to play. D:

If you do some google searches you might be able to find somethings. So far, I've only found Phantasia piano renditions. (Sakuraba's Solo, Desolate Road and Fighting of the Spirit(< nearly impossible to play))
I'll try some searches to see if anything new has come up.

You'll need a program to open .zip folders and it'll provide .MUS, .mid and .pdf files...I personally like using .MUS files becuase you can see the sheet music and play through the composition at the same time (via the awesom freeware, Finale NotePad)
