Time and date are currently under way, but we will post them as soon as there are decided. This thread also contains previous photos for reference information.
10/30: As of now, the group photo is set for Saturday, November 3rd at 2:00pm. Please be aware the photo will be outside. We will try to be as quick as possible. If I have any volunteers who would like to take photographs or make a sign, this would greatly be appreciated!

We are one month fromNekocon, and I am try8ing to get my photoshoots into a list..lol

I don't have my times yet for the weekend, but it's probably going to be Saturday like last year (unless people want it on a different day...?).
Last year it was at 2pm Saturday if I recall correctly, so if anything I'll assign someone else to do it just in case I can't make it. >>;; I'd really hate it if I didn't, but if I'm needed, then I may not make it.

The Naruto Prom is scheduled currently to start at 6pm.
I think I'll try to get it about when the DDR starts, which I think was noon last year, so 3:30 should be fine (it went until 4 or 6 last year).

If you are participating in the DDR, it wouldn't be good to hold it at 3:30.
