whole thing of course! You're wanting to punish him, right? The balls are more delicate and it'll also be more painful. If you just cut off the d**k, they can just sow it back on. But since the balls have a lot more to them, it'll be harder to fix if they were removed- hence making it more embarassing to the victum since he won't be able to 'leave his mark' after sex. Now how embarassing is that!? Now now more questions and take my class d#$n it! stressed
