Sits on the edge of the spouting point, seeing faint traces of dried magma against the walls. She has a box of her belongings at her side, most of them pictures, and she throws them against the wall, hearing a crunch and let them fall into the pit. Wes was down the hill chasing luna moths.

-he got up there and supirsed to see Aud-hey Aud....-he stood and watched her-what are you doing here?....i came for some privacy but its ok i enjoy your company-he laughed and smiled at her-

"Oh...sorry." She stared at him, shrugging and standing up and grabbed her box before he had time to say anything else. Audrey turned around and called to Wes. "Let's go." she called, starting her way down the hill with her box. Wes argues. "No. I'm staying here." Audrey growls but sits and watches him still chasing after the moths with nets.

-he went and hugged Audrey from behind-let him have a little more fun then you can go...he seems happy-he watched Wes laying his head on her shoulder-

Tenses then relaxes slightly. "No...he needs to be disciplined more that little rascal." Sighs, staring at the moon as moth landed on her fingers. Audrey pets it gently. "He's too carefree for a demon like him." Catches the moth and raises her arms to the moon. "Too free to," she whispered, opening her cupped hands. "Fly away."

look how i turned out..i was never disciplined and i learned life's lessons the hard way-he saw Wes trip and fall and scrape his knee badly, he looked at Wes and walked up to him-get up Wes...its ok...we'll get ya cleaned up....all you have to do is walk all the way to my house with me....no matter how much it hurts got it?-he rubbed Wes's head-

Audrey stood up hovering over him worriedly as he stood up with a slight limp. Wes swallowed painfully. "But Audrey's house is just a few minutes away and I don't really have to walk when I can fly..." Audrey sighed, patting the side of his cheek. "Wes...do as he says okay babe?" Wes nodded starting to limp away with her close behind with the box balanced on her hip. "Yes mom."

no help Aud-he watched the boy limp-good Wes....now....try running down the path-he watched the boy, when he was young he haf broken his leg and he still outran a wolf tailing him, he saw Wes fall, but he caught him before he could hurt himself-maybe another time i'll just fix you up here,he sat Wes down and took out an herp-this may sting ok? think you can handle it?-he looked at Wes and rubbed the herp a little on the wounds-

He groaned, staring at Audrey with a bit of resentment. "This pain is nothing." She looked slightly taken aback, realizing she had taken away his right as a human anymore. She winced at the thought, taking out a picture and crushing it. A little bit of blood dripped off her fingers. "Rather feel pain than nothing at all." Tossed the picture over her shoulder and licked the cuts with a bit of glass embedded in them.

your a brave kid Wes...heh...-he wrapped the knee up and patted his head-now you can go play again-he smiled a bit-maybe if Aud lets me i can teach you how to use a sword-he let Wes go back to Audrey-

Wes he thanked Damien, standing up and brushing past Audrey without a word, chasing after moth and stepping on the picture she crushed. Audrey sighed, staring after her adopted orphan and just sat back down on the hilll of the volcano. Her hair hung in her eyes as she stared at the rocks.

Avoids the question. "It's a fine night don't you think? Makes a cat almost want to howl at the moon." she laughs gently, her smile fading. "Nothing's wrong...just thinking is all."
