I, emochickshi, being the creator or the Brendon Urie Guild, with some help from BlackRoseMisato have finally decided on making a Contest Sub-Forum .
I shall explain the rules, if you by any chance break ANY of these rules.
I will ban you from this guild .
[1] Please, PLEASE be respectful to others.
-Don't criticize their artwork/banners/graphics, and whatnot .
-That's just totally rude.
[2] There are no fee's for any of the contests that will soon be held.
[3] If a thread says [DON'T POST] Please DON'T POST.
[4] I shall think of more.
Anyways, Just relax and enjoy.
Remember if you get any idea's for a contest, and I think it's a good idea, I shall give you 1k. And PM me the idea.
JUDGES
I will always ask some random member's to be judges of certain contests.
But the permanent judges will always be me, BlackRoseMisato, Dork_Rei, and LorLovesPanic.
