Species: Spisa Risa: This race of aliens look like most humans. Except, they have pointed ears, strange abilities corresponding with energies made in their body. They unleash power through small points on the body. They are about six feet tall, with special movements of the body and moves the energy in ways limited only by the imagination. They have fair skin, with vibrant eyes, and they have slim muscular features. This race is faster then all humans with out enhancements. They run faster and they are stronger. Things that are impossible to humans, such as running great distances in short periods of time are completely possible for this race.

Appearance: He has all of the appearance of his race. He has a scar on his left cheek from a slash. He wears dark black pants with silver pockets, the pants are infused with a special mesh that was made on his planet. His shirt was a blood red tunic with small spikes on the shoulders. His shirt sleeve was split and strung together loosely with a silver thread. He wears gauntlets that focus the power. They have engravings of the earthlings Chinese dragons. His shoes are heavy and black.
Personality: He is cheery most of the time, he loves to joke with people even though he usually kills the joke. He loves to get stronger and gains control of his ability.
Bio: Kenichi was an orphan on his planet. His race are prepared to take responsibility for there lives at the age of ten. His parents were killed in a war against another planet. He hate that planets inhabitants with more rage then anything in his life.
Relations: He is an ambassador for his planet, to a counsel of planets. He wishes for a personal relationship, but his duties take president.
Profession: He is an ambassador, The leaders of his race consider their leaders by the amount they are proven in battle. They aren't brutes, they have rules and mercy and when they win the fallen has the choice to live or die.
Weaponry: an electric blade with a metal ribbon at the base of the hilt. The blade has a special metal that blocks most forms of energy, the blade is separated in the middle where the electricity is balanced. One side is positive the other negative, keeping it balanced. The weapon is about fifteen pounds, which is extremely light for his race.
A gravity flux gun, that manipulates gravity how ever the user want it to for a short time. You can make things light as a feather or heavier then a mountain, depending what you set it as and how much you charge it. (You must stand still while charging.)
Items: muscle regrowth stimulant (Injection), Bone regrowth stimulant (Pill), small shield generator.
Skills/Powers: Think of Naruto Jutsu’s, and they have the ability to solidify their energy.
Faults: His race is very temperamental, making them very reckless. They have a strange aversion too radiation. They also don’t enjoy working in teams, so they have a hard time taking orders.
Special Attributes: Cybernetic Flux Generator, This allows the user to focus their energy in a specific point on there body. But if you use to much energy in one spot it will break your muscles, Which can be rejuvenated in a lab or by special stimulants. Depending on your use if it, you can become faster, stronger, smarter,ETC... This is implanted into the brain and is controlled by thought.
