((Just a quick note on my Rp here. I have made this one once before out in Barton Town. It died about one month and two pages later. xp It's unaltered at the moment, but I am currently refining it. It will be done soon. 3nodding ))

This story revolves around three children. Three children with power over the universe. This story starts in the year 2028, at a secluded island owned and run by the esteemed Miss Retsu. Retsu was a very successful surgeon and scientist at the time. She owned the island, the nearby city, and everything on it. That included the people. Then one fateful day, three children showed up on her doorstep. Grudgingly, she took them in. She never liked children. She soon learned that the eldest, a boy, was called Robert. The middle child, a female, was named Erica, and the youngest was a boy named Tom. Retsu hated them; cursing the day she found them. They were unproductive, and what�s worse, they made noise. One day, as she was taking her mid-day walk, she saw that they were doing something in her garden. Fearing that they had started a fire, she headed over. What she saw was extraordinary by anyone�s standards. Erica was beside an ant bed, levitating individual ants and catching them ablaze solely with her mind. Robert was morphing a block of metal into various weapons in his hand. Tom had his eyes closed, and held his hands out to a fist-fight between two robots. Still in shock, she asked what was going on. Erica looked at her and said, "What? You can't change reality?" They thought everybody could do it. Thinking quickly, she answered "Yes, I can. Sorry, but I have to go work on something." An idea had formed inside her evil mind. She quickly ran to her lab and concocted a chemical to tranquilize them. She then called Robert into her lab. The second Robert entered her lab; she lunged and injected it into his neck. He only had a split second to be shocked, before he succumbed to the chemicals and fell to the ground. Then she called Erica. Tom, curious about what was happening, followed Erica. Erica succumbed the same way as Robert, except for one thing. Tom had seen what happened. He quickly ran from the house, Retsu hot on his tail. Knowing that capture was near, Tom opened a portal and jumped through. Not knowing what happened, Retsu returned to her lab.

::Twenty years later::

A portal opened in the Alpha City slums. A confused, shocked Tom fell out. His world was drastically changed. It was now the year 2048, and technology had made a sudden breakthrough. The island was now completely taken up with Alpha City. It was now its own nation, led by the Dictator Retsu. She ruled the City with an iron fist, controlling it with her Anti-Terrorist Shock Troopers. Robert and Erica were now Deaths Tears and The Scarlet Dragon, Retsu's personal bodyguards. Tom was lost in a dark future, with little hope for survival.

Bio: Retsu has alway been very mean. She never bonded with either parent, and did not even blink an eye when they died. She has been successful all her life, completing collage at the age of 19. Yet even though she had all that, she desired more. And she has recieved it. She has managed to attain two out of three children who can bend reality to their will. Now, her will is theirs.

Name: Robert Leron AKA: Death's Tears or DT

Occupation: Leader of the Anti-Terror Commando Unit

Bio: Robert was alway the most war like of the three. He is now under a drug induced mind control by Retsu. He is called Death's Tears because he had himself augumented. His face was striped off, leaving only his skull. Tiny pumps constantly drench his eyeballs in water, wich run down his skull looking like tears. He is also cyberneticaly augumented through out his body.

Name: Erica Leron AKA: The Scarlet Dragon

Bio: Erica has always been fond of flames. She has also used telekinicis to great effect. She helps with controling the population, and she is almost completely sucsessful. However, there is the Risistance.
Weapons: Fire, telekinicis and various pistols
Likes: Fire, flamable materials, snakes
Dis-likes: Non-Flamable materials, water, mongooses

Name: Tom Leron
Played By: Ghal Marak
Occupation: Fugitive
Age: 19, but theoreticly he could live forever.
Height: 6'0
Weight: 156
Bio: Tom was completely confused. Because he opened and entered the portal, he has not aged any. He may not survive the future.
Weapons: preferances for rifles
Likes: Pizza, video games, robots
Dis-likes: Injustice, being bored, Retsu

Noise Police: The Noise Police is actualy a nick-name given them by the resident population. Their real name is Domestic Police Unit Beta. They are called Noise Police because of their extencive use of sonic weponry, which can easily stun a regular individual. They only field one type of officer, called a Noise Man. They wear armor made of many layers of kevlar that cover their entire body. Their helmets have only a single red ocular lens, which gives them infra-red vision. A side efect is now they can be fooled by lowering the body temp. in some way or another. Commonly deployed weapons are combat pump-action shotguns, and Glock semi-auto pistols. Their armor is commonly painted white.

Ministry of Propaganda: Again, that is not what they are officaly called. They are, in fact, calling themselves the Ministry of the Public Relations. But the other name nicely sums it up. It is unkown how much they brodcast is actualy true and what is realy a lie. They control all media, including TV, radio, internet, and any thing else you could think of. But one thing that is known, is they use a lot of subliminal messages. In any one tv show, there are messages laced every second of every frame. Their agents have almost limitless athority over the lesser organizations, and they are cleverly deployed in the most unlikely of places. It is unknown what they look like, as they could be anyone at anytime.

Anti-Terror Commando Unit: The A.T.C.U. is headed by Death's Tears. This organization is loosely controled by the governtment, instead relying on itself to run its administration. They utilize clones as cheap, easy to train soldiers. They wear combat powered armor, with air-scrubbers and life support that last for 90 minuits in a vacume. Their weapons are XM-29 SABR OICW and HE- Fragmentation Grenades.

The Resistance: Again, the name is self explainatory. The best example of this would be the StarWars Rebel Alliance. The Resistance is almost exactly the same, except of course for some minor details. They are located in the poor and slum areas of Alpha City, and will use anything they can steal that is usefull.

U.S.A.: In the future, the U.S.A. has become a world defender. It has sucsesfully fought off Retsu's many attempts to take control of other lands. They are currently keeping a very close eye on what Retsu is up to, and are oftain quick to act at a percieved attack. It is currently unkown what they are planning.

Unlisted Faction: Any other plausable faction that you think would fit in this future. I am sure that I missed a lot of them, and if you have a good one, It will be added.
