Appearance: Ian is 5’10” with short black hair, brown eyes, and lightly tanned skin. He has broad shoulders and is quite muscular. He wears a black sleeveless shirt, black baggy pants and a pair of black combat boots. If the weather gets cold he will where a black leather biker jacket, but nothing else.
Inwytia is much the same except for the fact that he is 2” taller and has gained a good deal of muscle mass. His eyes softly glow a brilliant, pure white that makes them almost look like diamonds. His hair stands up in black spikes on his head. He ties a red piece of fabric around his waist as a belt when he enters this form and will take off the jacket if wearing one.
Personality Ian is a very kind and courteous man. He will always try to remain chivalrous and rarely takes the offensive. He is very light hearted and won’t let insults phase him. He is actually a bit of an introvert. He can deal with people, he just needs some time to himself once a day. He likes to indulge in any form of art and takes pleasure from even the smallest joys. However, Ian is only the mask that he developed to cope with society. When he transforms into his amp form he takes the mask off to reveal who he has been developing into the entire time. Inwytia is calm and determined. He does not take insults as easily as Ian and will get mad. Inwytia is protective of those he likes and quick to attack those who deserve it. He likes a good fight and doesn’t care who wins in a friendly one. He is philosophical and practices everything he knows at every moment. Inwytia has matured far more than the mask he uses.
Strengths: Ian is very strong and stable, both mentally and physically. He is not easily tricked. He is surprisingly clever and can work out a puzzle with some thought. He is also very skilled at hand to hand combat and has learned to use his energy pretty well. Ian may only be a level 2 amp but shows potential to rise quickly.
Weaknesses: While his strengths are enhanced by amping, so are his weaknesses. Ian is slow. He can not run fast at all. In a fight he prefers to let the enemy come to him so that he does not have to chase them. In addition to that he does not know how to use his energy to heal. Once damaged he will recover faster than normal but still slower than most amps.
Weapons/Fighting Style: Ian carries no weapons. He relies solely on his hand to hand and amp powers. In amp form he gains an incredible amount of strength and endurance. His body is able to take a lot of damage and will not even be scratched by light attacks. He can use his energy to form a strong shield on any part of his body as well as cause explosions to cause more damage with a hit.
Bio: Ian was born to a poor family that abandoned him and his brother at an early age. They were forced to fend for them selves and depend upon each other to survive. As they grew up, Ian’s brother grew distrustful of his brother. Ian was growing stronger and people seemed to like him better than they did Ian’s older brother. He had blamed Ian for the abandonment and the treatment they were each receiving made him even more hateful to Ian. One day they had tried to find something to eat and were both unsuccessful. They had not eaten in days. Ian’s brother had taken the last piece of food they had found and Ian had to go without for a while longer. As Ian wandered the alley ways with his brother whose mood was worsening by the second, Ian’s brother tripped and tipped a trash can over on himself. Ian couldn’t help but smile at the humor in his brother’s situation. As the brother saw Ian he lost his temper and grabbed a rusty knife that had fallen out of the trash. At that moment he told his younger brother how much he hated him and how Ian was the reason they were in this situation. Ian’s brother charged him and was about to attack when Ian’s amp ability awakened and he killed his brother with a sudden release of power. From there he had to fend for himself. He grew up in isolation trying to learn to control his amp abilities and growing stronger than most. He matured quickly and taught himself everything he needed to survive. Once he learned to control his power he came out of isolation and learned how to interact with others, making the mask he uses to hide who he really is. He now wanders as a single amp trying to find any job he can to earn a living. Every day around sun set or sun rise, most of the time both, he will find a quiet place to practice his power and watch the day begin or end.
