I don't really know or mind how they meet so much, but a cool and wished scenario of mine would be:

Sasuke likes Hinata. Hinata likes Naruto. Naruto likes Sakura. Sakura likes Sasuke. A love square.

The hokage grows bored, and decides that the couples of Konoha are just too boring for her taste. So she throws a dance for all of the chuunin to attend, and hopefully get boyfriends/girlfriends through it. It is called "Tsunade's Dance of Romance", but commonly referred to as "The Dance of The Chuunin". Everyone finds themselves excited to attend, and they all hope to get their crush. But they all realize that their crush likes someone else. So they all come up with the same plan; go to the dance disguised as their crushes crush. So they all go out to buy their costumes right before the dance (They do not use a jutsu for the disguise because they don't want to use up chakra all night). Unfortunately, their disguises are very cruddy, and no one believes them except for their crushes and the person whom they like. They all end up running around the dance, Hinata and Sakura hanging out with who they think would be their crushes, Sasuke and Naruto hanging out with who they think they don't like. Everyone ends up in a contest for the "Cutest Couple" pushing Sasuke and Hinata, and Naruto and Sakura, together. They end up falling for each other while competing. They don't know who they're falling for until the contests almost over and it starts raining, washing out their hair dye. Then they realize who they truly love.

This was directly derived from my fan fiction "The Dance of The Chuunin". That'd be a cool way to meet. It was a funny way in my fan fiction too. Sasuke had to wear orange and pretend to be Naruto. 3nodding I think it ended up quite cute as a way to end up together.

Yeah, it was cute. 3nodding I felt bad, putting him in orange, but for a good cause! And Sakura, Hinata, Naruto, and Sasuke were all very dense to not realize, as their costumes were very obvious to everyone else. It was fun to write, and hilarious I'm told, but everyone kept getting confused with who was who, so I had to add their disguises name in parentheses every time they were mentioned in the story, which got annoying. Plus, I was perfectly fine and understanding of what I wrote until I used parentheses; Then I even got confused. sweatdrop So, that would end up a hard way to write/draw out. I think something sad would be cool too. I'd feel bad, were she kidnapped, but I'd hope Sasuke would help her out. If Tsunade sent them, that'd be cool. I did that in a fanfiction once too, but it is a Naruto/Pokemon crossover, where they end up in the Pokemon dimension. Speaking of which, I need to go bug my writing partner to write her chapter so we can update; she's terrible about that! I'm about to go tell her that she's kicked out of the story, and I'll write the rest of the story myself! stressed

Yeah, that's cool too; but a little sad that even Hinata would forget. I think she wouldn't forget, but rather she'd be trying to move on some. I can't see Hinata forgetting her best friend. Sasuke just put in the back of his mind or something, like maybe he thought after the massacre that being friends with someone wasn't worth the pain it could (Or would in Sasuke's mind) cause. I can see Sasuke calling Hinata "Hinata-Chan!" right now; so cute whee It'd be some trouble for Sasuke to get Hinata to be friends with him again after he hurt her by stopping their friendship in the first place, but it would be worth the effort in the end.

Interesting! That would be cute. Hinata's clumsy, though. But I'm sure she's a good cook. Sasuke, though, I'm not sure. I can see him as fantastic at cooking, but also as terrible. Either way, cute.

Yeah. I've protrayed him both ways, and in both it made sense. In "The Jounin Journey" I and a friend made him suck, and it was hilarious, and it made sense, but in "Tired of The Day" I made him fantastic. It depends on how much take-out he eats, for us to ever know. He's probably okay, though. He's Sasuke, and he's usually good at most things.

Yeah, and I can still see either. sweatdrop Now I'm curious-- I want to see Sasuke cooking, so I can know!

Yeah; if he sucked. But then he'd be worse than Naruto, who somehow I get the feeling doesn't cook so well-- but at least he can handle ramen! Of course, Hinata'd be used to it if Sasuke sucked so badly, but he kept trying; gotta admire his determination!

But, if he could cook, would he be better than Hinata?
