I'm guessing that guy ate a bone-bone fruit or something of that matter and can now control his bones however he likes. I only read a Raw so I can't really tell.

What did you think of the Ace vs. Teach fight?

Well the Straw Hats are in a area where Ghosts and Skeletons are supposed to live. So he could be the undead.

The Ace v Blackbeard fight was good, they both showed there strengh, and proved to be a equal match. I can easily see weakness in Blackbeards power though.

Yeah me too, as he was fighting Ace I was thinking how how it would like he ultimate weakness to Luffy's style, even more-so than Enel was to Luffy.
