I'm not really even excited as much as I used to for the white stripes. Whenever the white stripes would be nominated, I would be so excited. JACK! YOU NEED TO GET BACK TO THE WHITE STRIPES!!!

im hoping they win sos when i go to school I can rub it in everyone's face that their favorite bands lost to The Raconteurs whom they underestimate all the time......they don't give my music a chance emo I have to sit an listen to them talk about F.O.B. and A.A.R. etc.etc. all day I only get to talk about good bands with mah BESTEST FRIEND EVER!

It would be totally different if it were the white stripes, then I would be mad.
But it's only the raconteurs. they didnt have enough attention as much as the red hot chili peppers.

It doesn't really matter though, does it? I mean, everyone knows these awards are just popularity contests anymore. Kinda like winning homecoming queen back in high school, is it really that significant to the big picture?

But have you noticed when the white stripes were at the grammy's they won all the sections they were in. (Except for when they were nominated for album of the year for Elephant and they lost to Outkast...WHICH WAS SO WRONG.)
Now the Raconteurs get nothing.
