Setting and Plot:
Year: 437 AE. Earth is gone and abandoned. Humanity realized the full effect of what they had done far too late. The new date AE has replaced the religious AD as a memento to their shame. "After Earth" seemed to feel right for the colonists, as the left the planet. A single team of 32 people were responsible for the entire human race. Those that could froze themselves in Cryogenic Chambers, hoping to either die in piece or to live a better life.
Earth is no longer an inhabitable planet. The toxins and wars that humanity forced upon each other consumed its resources and destroyed its ecology. Humans and animals were frozen to be moved to another world, though a problem remained. There was no teraformed planet on which they could live. The threat of going to an alien races planet was too high to look for any paradise, so the team was created. They had to teraform a planet which humanity could once again live upon. A dangerous task, and a long one. After more than a decade on that cold interstellar ship, the crew only had 8 remaining members, not enough to teraform the planet, but enough to make sure that people could live. Water ran deep in the planet, and the air was almost exactly like Earth's. This was home. Earth 2.
The planet was a giant desert, with springs of water set miles apart. But humanity prospered. At the cost of technology, they built cities and towns near these water sources, making the world a decent enough home. But as always, there were those that did not care about anything other than themselves. As always, currency was needed. As always, the outlaws remained and the justice needed to hold strong.

Rules
1. No Flaming. I don't care if your character is a swearing asswipe IC, no gloating and no flaming. Or you will be asked to leave the RP. 2 Strikes. Warning, the expulsion.
2. No godmodding. Yes, being the cowboy is all fun and all, but if you aren't careful you are gonna get shot.
3. Keep you hands off others characters.
4. At least 1 solid paragraph a post. Even with writers block, six decent sentences is not too much to ask. At the very least, I expect three, and they must be there for a reason...
5. We are writing a story. That means no *'s for actions and proper format. ""'s for speach. Italics for thought, and ((This for OOC)).
6. PM me all character sheets first. Keep the thread clean.

The Three Great Cities:
There are other cities and towns obviously, but these are the most famous of them.
Jan, capital of Earth 2. This city holds everything in it. There is always something to be found here, even if you are not looking. For something obsure or new, Jan City is the place to go. As such, it is the most heavily guarded city in the world. No outlaw has ever comitted a crime in Jan City and gotten away.
Oko: The silent city of Oko is much less popular than Jan. Not because of it's size or anything else. Because it is in ruins. 50 years ago, something happened. People say it was like one of the bombs of the old days. But Oko is no more. The goverments have decided to keep their list of suspects secret, only to leak it to every bounty hunter they find capable.
Suesberry: The roughest, and most frightening place in all of Earth 2. Outlaws are the law here, as no millitary force is willing to risk the casualties to run them out of the town. It is a scary place unless you are strong, but at the same time, you can always find a hired hand to help you with some "problems."
