Root Chakra
Location:Between the rectum and the genital area
Energy:If normal one will feel a deep connection to nature. A distrubance will lead to addiction, uncontrollled or diminshed sexuality, digestive disorders and obesity.
Stones : Garnet, Hematite, Red Jasper, Coral. Onyx, Rhodonite, Ruby, and black tourmaline.
Colour:Red, colour of life, warmth and vitality.
Sacral Chakra
Location: above the pubic bone
Energy: A disturbance of the sacral chakra will cause sexual problems and a loss of enthusiasm about life. When restored one will become more open and able to enjoy life.
Stones : Orange Beryl, Orange Jasper, Carnelian and Citrine
Colour:Orange, symbolizes nourishment and circulation and is warm and positive.
Navel or Solar Plexus Chakra
Location: Above the Navel
Energy: Blocking the energy of the chakra will cause discontent, restlessness and discouragement.When interrupted one will feel at peace with themselves

Heart Chakra
