- If you want to use things from Japanese (Eg, Winry-chan, Edward-kun, etc...) feel free. It is optional to do so. Although, you are NOT free to use Japanese names. A pet peeve of mine to see a FullMetal Alchemist OC with a name like Mitsuki. IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE AN ALTERNATE EUROPE. Unless your character is Xangese, japanese names will not be accepted.

Name: Klira Thompson, 'Silver Bullet Alchemist'
Age: 15
Apperance: Klira wears a black dress coming down to her knees. The bottom jets out into a spikey skirt. She wears a grey sleeveless top with a high collar over the dress, a silver chain from her pocketwatch dangling freely from a pocket. The sleeves from her dress come down to the middle of her hands. She wears grey pants with black hiking boots with the dress. Her hair is golden blonde, and usually in a ponytail held by a red headband she never takes off. She has golden eyes with green eminating from the center under thin black eyebrows. She's sensitive about her height, reaching only 5'1".
Personality: To put it bluntly, Klira is obnoxious, and has a very upfront attitude. She speaks her mind, and she's very hot tempered and impatient. On the upside, she's very understanding, and willing to help out a friend. Having inexhaustible curiosity and sense of adventure, she tends to get in quite a bit of trouble. While she's great at solving puzzles and problem solving, she tends to be dense when it comes to things like love. Rather comically, she also has a severe case of Multiple Personality Disorder. One of her alter egos is a psycopath named Davis, the other is a saint named Amelia.

Name: Second Lieutenant Kyle Lockheart
Age: 28
Apperance: Kyle Lockheart wears a blue military uniform. He has deep blue eyes set under platinum hair, which is short and scruffy. He has a long, double-edged sword strapped to his back, a zanbato crossing over it. A broad sword is strapped to his waist. Surrounding his waist like a belt are daggers of all different size, shape and type.
Personality: Kyle is a notorious flirt. He enjoys playing cupid with cute girls, but he is quite smart. He's a cool, collected guy who ignores people who insult him, saying if they have nothing better to do than throw petty insults at him, they are not worth his time. Because of his playful, flirty persona, he is good friends with Roy. He is also Klira's guardian, and watches over her anytime he can. He is also a master with all types of swords.
Bio: More or less, Kyle lived a happy, normal life. When he was 18, he joined the military. Because of their similar personalities, Kyle and Roy hit it off and became good friends. He mainly does missions in the other countries. Five years ago, he was clearing some cultists out of an area. Amidst the commotion, he found Klira and took her in. When he's in other countries, Roy looks after her.

Name: Amy Winnterfield, "Moontech Alchemist"
Age: 16
Appearance: Amy wears a pair of long black pants and a white, loose shirt. Normally, she also wears a black jacket over that as well, but she sometimes chooses not to wear it. She's also prone to wearing too-large black boots with white laces. Amy has short, shaggy black hair that tends to fall into her eyes a little too much, and electric blue eyes which are normally hidden by a pair of sunglasses as well. She's medium height, about 5'8', and has fun picking on Edward and Klira because of it. However, even though she is quite pretty, her back, legs, and some parts on her arms have quite a few scars, which she's very shy about.
Personality: Cocky and somewhat a know-it-all, Amy doesn't know how to back down from a fight. She's known for a bad attitude and a worse mouth, and is feared by many military members. However, once someone can chew through her tough exterior, she's a loyal, reliable friend (who still swears too much.).
Bio: A little girl from the far North, Amy grew up with her famous Alchemist father. From him, she learned her love of alchemy, one of the only things she takes seriously. However, while she was in Central a few years ago, she tried to take the Alchemist's Exam, and failed, with the conception that her alchemy was too 'traditional'. Soon after, she was in a train accident, and had many of her limbs broken. Her bones were replaced with metal ones, and she learned a new style of alchemy which she customized from those bones. Now, she's passed the exam, and has worked her way up to a General Rank, the youngest General in history, and one of the fastest to climb in rank. Also, she has worked with Edward before in a few missions, and knows him rather well.

After a rushed lunch, Edward had thrown a few things he needed into his traveling trunk before running towards the train station. He arrived with only two minutes to spare. Grumbling to himself, he found he was having trouble finding Amy, due to all the taller people in the station.

Riza walked into HQ ready to start her day babysitting the colonel once again. "Hello." she said to Juliet Douglas as she past her desk walking toward Roy's office.

Riza knock on Mustangs door. She fumbled throw some papers waiting for the yell to come in.

Roy looked up from his work. "Come in." He called firmly.
