I'm not much for rping humans, and if anybody else is like me, I wanted to start a thread for horses. There appears to already be a thread for just horses, so I thought Id offer a chance to rp magical ones.
RULES:
1. Your horse cannot kill anybody else's horse without their permission.
2. I guess since I'm starting this thread, Aquairio will take the alpha stallion position. Sorry about that; I just don't want any fights over it.
3. Your horse can have a few magical abilities, but please do not give them everything in the book. That would just be obnoxious.
4. Your horse may have wings, a horn, a tail (that is, if you want them to live in water), and any markings or accessories that you would like.
5. No godmodeling whatsoever.
6. Please use propper grammar, spelling, and type your words out. C'mon, it's not that hard! That's what dictionaries are for!
7. Have fun!
Introduction:
Name: Aquairio
Age: About 30 in Human Years
Gender: Male
Coat: Light Sea Blue
Mane and Tail: Aquamarine with shards of yellow shells and water droplets in them.
Markings: Small, inward pointing water droplet shapes
around tail, swirly sea foam mark on cheek.
Jewelrey: Pendant of the Sea
Horn: Gold
Hooves: Dark Blue; almost black.
Wings: Angel
History: He is the descendant of an extremely powerful stallion, and inherited the power of the ocean. His mother took him far away from his birthplace when he was a colt, and he was swept back to that place by a sea storm. His mother and father are both dead: His mother by the storm, and his father unknown.
Powers: Underwater breathing, and control of the sea in every aspect.
Relationships: Has a mate- Nashi.
Children: One child- Fira.

ooh, how fun..i was thinking of letting people have mythical horses as their charachter in my RP thread but I decided not to, on account of I'd rather just keep it to wild horses..i think I shall RP here! name:Redolent (it means sweet smelling, but i figured since she is such a sweet little creature the name fit well) age:4 sex: mare picture:

Hmm sweet. Might as well, hey? Name: Analame Breed: Zhoen Sex: stallion Age: 10 Description: Draft build, but with a more slender neck, and longer legs, similar to that of a Clydesdale. The face is long and smooth, the ears small. The mane has never been cut: it hangs down passed his neck. The tail is, for the first half, a bony continuation of the spine, before flowing out into a brilliant, thick horse tail. Where the fetlock should be, a large claw projects, and instead of pasterns, it spreads out to three thick, bony claws. Coloration: Pitch black with white mane and tail hair, and silver zebra stripes laong the haunches, and brilliantly sharp blue eyes. Breed: TB type, with warmbloodish infuence and neck
Height: around 16.1 - 16.2 ish
Coat: Black/darkblue with swirles of green, pink and blue
Mane and Tail: black and silver with flickering stars
Markings: None
Horn: None
Hooves: Black/blue, blends in with the rest of the coat
Wings: None
Powers: Controls the arora borealis, and has the ability to inexpilicably vanish (not become invisable, just being gone without anyone knowticing)

Age: 3
Physical Description: Arab build. The mane has never been cut, hangs past neck. The tail, as the mane, has never been cut, it's longest hairs are close to touching the ground.

Powers: Can toggle with others minds, though she only uses it when needed.
History: When Electra was born, she was bold, fiesty. Immediately she went to tease and play with the older fillies and colts instead of staying by her mother, like most. When she was about two and a half years, a few herds had come down to a watering hole, along with hers. Because of her playful self, she went off, wandered around to the other side, where some herds were, and was herded by a bachelor stallion. Her herd barely took notice, and left without her, so she was stuck with this stallion, at a premature age to leave home.
A few months after she and the stallion developed a herd together, some horse poachers came after her herd when she was giving birth to a filly. Her filly died, and she came back to the area where the herd was supposed to be, and found she was alone. She now continues to wander, almost endlessly, being a now three year old, still as playful and energetic as before, if not more.

Age: 3 years old in horse years.
Gender: Female.
Coat: White with a small shade of an almost blue color in her legs.
Mane and Tail: White, slightly gray at the tips.
Markings: None.
Hooves: Gray.
Wings: Are white with the slight touch of gray and blue.
History: Sunfe and her filly were usually in the air strengthing the young filly's wings. Cloud (Sunfe's daughter) rarely left the side of Sunfe, but was athletic in every way possible for a pegasus. They live happily in the herd of Aquairio, and never left, except to take flight lessons.
Powers: Is able to take off flying without running, is able to perfectly camofluage herself in the clouds, can hear Cloud's thoughts.
Children: Cloud - only child, (first).
Name: Cloud.
Age: A month and a half, horse years.
Gender: Female.
Coat: White with a small shade of black on her muzzle.
Mane and Tail: Completely white, with a large brown feather of an eagle.
Markings: None.
Hooves: Gray almost black.
Wings: White with several batches of gray at the tips.
History: The only herd that Cloud remembered was Aquairio's, with the other foals running around, Cloud was nervous in joining them in the large game. She always liked to stay in the air or with the adults in the herd.

A large blue stallion stood upon a grassy hillside, overlooking his territory below. His shining aqua eyes flitted quickly around and confirmed safety for his herd. He was built strongly, unlike his twig-like brother, and had thick, muscular limbs along with a rippling mane intertwined with shell and tiny droplets of water. He was Aquairio, the Sea King.

Sunfe checked the location of her foal, Cloud, then the location of the lead stallion. Turning back around to her daughter, Sunfe gently nudged Cloud's shoulder. Before extending her wings and jumping up into the air, closely followed by the almost two month old filly. Sunfe spun around to watch what Cloud would do for her lesson.

Cloud sprang forward in the air and almost collided with her mother, coughing slightly she twirled in the air and made the first mistake of looking down onto the herd.
Now what are you doing? If you look down then you will fall down.
Cloud sighed inwardly, not that it would be able to hide from her mother, before she looked up and began the daily exercises.

((This is a a cosplay of my OC and is a pet from the B/C shop Soquili, Sirenz did the artwork and gets all the credit for her. This isn't exactly like Shade in the rp and is only ment a guide to her to give you guys something to go on.)) Larger ImageName: NightShade Age: Unknown Gender: Female. Coat: Black Mane and Tail: A long lustrous multi-hued blue mane that drags the ground. It has the odd ability to burst into flames and always seems to be giving off sparks. Her tail is long, very thin, and spaded with bright blue flames that lick up it's length. Markings: Blue flames on all four legs and a light dusting of sparkles on her cheeks and shoulders Hooves: Area a bright blue and she keeps them sharpened like razors Wings: Slightly see through black with blue sparkles History: Not to much is known about NightShade's past except that she came from a land far away and has a strange accent in her voice. She's cruel and can use her four horn, sharp cloven hooves and spaded tail in perfect killing measure. She feeds on the flesh of any creature horse or other animal and usually is very aloof. Powers: Flight obviously, but she also has the power to ignite the ground where she walks and her mane tends to spark occasionally. Children: None

A black make moved like a cobra through the grass as she weaved among trees and shadows in the forest. She was tiny very Arabian like in build but radiated a ferocious power that tended to keep others away, or it could of been the blood stained horns and ferocious fangs that sent other equus running in the opposite direction.
Her blue flamed tail whipped behind her smacking against a tree, she stopped at the edge but didn't step into the daylight and the valley in which the herd stood.
Lips curling back in a twisted grin over her fangs she stepped farther back so the bright blue flames wouldn't be visible.
The darkness was her friend and companion nor did she figure that the lead stallion would take to a mare that was likely to turn on him any chance she gt or run off with a foal as a 'late night snack' to settle a rumbling stomach.

Circling around the herd below her, Cloud tried to land. Only to lose her balance from an up draft that pulled at her wings.
Cloud, dear, you have to watch the wind, in other words. Pull your wings in tighter, so the draft has a less chance of catching them. The sweet voice of her mother seemed to calm her slight panic, that had caught her when the wind caught her.
Come on dear, try again. Just do as I told you and then you'll be done with lessons until later. Cloud hung in the air for a moment Maybe I can just stay up until the wind dies. Or simply glide down toward the dirt...... She pushed her wings up and down for a moment, thinking what she could do to land instead of facing the constant draft coming in.
Come on dear, your going to wear yourself out if you stay up in the air for much longer. It's simple, get as low to the ground as you can, without the draft hitting you. Then tuck your wings in and you can land easily. See, watch and then do exactly as I do. Alright? Cloud nodded as she watched carefully what her mother did. Once the much larger winged horse was on the ground, Cloud did her best to copy her mother's actions. As she glided down toward the herd, she almost made the mistake of opening her wings wide to help her land, but quickly recovered.
Glancing around she noticed that the lead stallion, Aquairio, watching intently over the herd. Breathing a small sigh of relieve that she made it to the ground and that Aquairio, had yet to find any trouble in the herd.
That was nicely done Cloud, now you should go play or something. Where was that little foal, the one that seems to have taken a liking to you? Laughter glittered in the mares eyes, voicing her protest Cloud tossed her head, turning she trotted toward an open area to eat some incredible good tasting grass. Hearing all the way, the heavy laugh of her mother's voice as the mare walked over to the lead mare.

Aquairio grazed silently, occasionally glancing up to scope out the wide expanse of green surrounding him. Though he knew danger was scarce in his land, he had always been taught to stay alert. It was just past midday, from the look of it, and after considering for awhile, Aquairio decided to take a walk to the western border of his territory. It was only a few miles away, after all. With a flick of his tale and a shake of his head, he began the short journey westward.

Physical Description: Ebony's mane hangs pasted her shoulder and her forelock touches her muzzle. She drags her pitch black tail whereever she goes since it touches the ground.

Powers: Ebony has the power to change the weather and is thankfull of her power.
History: Ebony was born in the herd that her father lead. Ebony was like most foals, she stayed close to her mother. But as she got older she started to loosen up and play with the other foals. The herd traveled everywhere together untill one day their was a huge blizzard. Ebony got seperated from her herd and whinnied fourisly for her mother. But no one could hear her. That was before Ebony had figured out her power, and regrets herself. She hasn't seen her mother or her herd since. Now Ebony lives in Aquairio herd.

Sunfe lifted her head to look after Aquairio, as he walked off toward the horizon. Quickly she moved through the herd to the area where the foals where at their games, in search of Cloud.
Cloud raced to the left to keep from colliding with another foal, who was still wobbley on his legs.
"Catch me if you can!!" She yelled over her shoulder at the other foals she was playing with. Within seconds, she had pursures, who seemed determined to catch her. Laughing she broke right in a sharp turn, running up a small hill, then rearing. She leaped down toward the herd again, leading the small band of foals back where they'd started. She glanced back in time to see a large sorrel colt gaining quickly on her. Uh oh, She thought, not good! As quick as she could, Cloud unfurled her wings and jumped into the air, beating hard to gain some altittude.
