So, the next major holiday is Valentine's Day, a celebration of love, lust, and chocolate. How will you spend it?

See, love potions in chocolate is much better than poison. At least then no one's really afraid to eat chocolate. And it's also truly evil, because then people will use said afflicted chocolate to make the person they like falsely love them, and then when/if the love potion wears off, they will hate the person who gave the chocolate to them and never want to see them again, and that person will be miserable forever... until they find someone else to feed that chocolate to.
...Wow. That was the longest run-on sentence I've done in a while.

Unless, of course, you have truly mastered the love potion, which is one of the things EVERY mad scientist wants to achieve whether or not they themselves desire love.

This is true. But more havoc is caused through the imperfect love potion than the perfect one, so wouldn't that make it perfect for someone? Especially one trying to demoralize the population, leaving them open to influence.

True. Maybe the Mad Scientist can sell his "failed" version to the Evil Overlord and use the money to help make a working love potion.
