Yes, that is a large difference.
And I haven't finished the manga yet, but from what I understand, Rosette does not become Aion's puppet, as she does in the anime?

Well, I finished the manga, and I saw the anime's ending.
Series as a whole, I prefer the manga. Ending wise; by a tiny bit, I liked the anime's. Very emotional. Manga's was too, but I almost cried for the anime.

well the manga one wasnt as sad as the anime..rosetee and chrono died but they were togather i cried crying crying and sorry for teh spoiler but it said i could 3nodding

I actually haven't seen the anime, other than the first few episodes...XP But I know yeah they definately end differently. The manga ending is so sad... crying My best friend, he borrows my manga all the time, and he read Chrno Crusade...he also said it was a sad ending. We both almost cried, in the end how they die like that...but at least yeah they were together. Hehe, he says Chrno is one of his favorite manga's he's borrowed from me. (trust me, that's saying a LOT. x3) Really though, the manga's awesome, I've got to see the anime sometime. ^_-

I prefer the manga ending to me it's just a bit more, happy. Even though...

I can't decide... they're both sad crying But anime ending is so nice, though I liked the fact that they are all older in manga. And the thing I like in manga is that Rosette didn't become Aion's puppet (DUH!) Still I liked anime ending better ^_^

I liked both endings and they were both really sad for me, especially the anime's. But I just love how the manga's ending turned out. It's sad how they could never be together again for another small thing like a photo. crying

I say the anime ending. I really haven't got to that part in the manga version. I usually like to watch animations than still pictures...

I prefer manga...well, anime is not bad and the anime ending is sad too.
And I love novel of Chrono Crusade "Wings, they are the light of the soul", was published on April 20, 2004, written by Tominaga Hiroshi and illustrated by Miyazawa Hiroshi.
