I suggest that there should be a a to-do list or "quest" or something for members to be crew or higher. I'm not mad about being demoted in fact I think it's fair since I wan't around to help with the guild

I'm not mad about being demoted in fact I think it's fair since I wan't around to help with the guild I am not sure what you are suggesting. Is it to create a list of things for the crew to do on the forum. All I expect from mods is to keep the peace and deal threads from trolls or spam. Not much more. I'm disablied and as such I'm usually working at home, on the computer, so I'm able to work at keeping things clean and updated. I hope... If you mean making a list of quests and the like for people to do in order to become crew. My rule is I keep an eye on everyones post and decide based on the way the conduct themselves. I've just recruted our one of our mods from our forum already. Should not be hard for me to get a couple more good members of our forum to join in and help out. 'Cause I'm always dying to roleplay. Problem is neither Kim nor myself Role play online. Sure I was a game master in my time, but the online role playing is not something I could keep up with. We would first need to find someone reliable to watch over the sub catagory and make sure noone starts any cybering. I hate that rule actually, god is Gaia so picky. Anyways, When we find someone to watch over that part then we'll look into another sub catagory. jaa ne Kat

Edit: Or maybe giveaways or something of that sort, or a birthday or gaia aniversary thread to keep track of people who have a special day coming up and then a mod can contact active members and see if anyone is willing to donate a bit to come up with something to give said person? Just a thought that i've seen work elsewhere. People would just post what item they might like or wish for on there special gaia day... It could maybe work like a sticky in this category?
