I read the thread on cell phone numbers & such, but that idea doesn't strike me as safe. I'd rather we all just agreed upon a meeting place inside the actual convention facility.
My idea is to stand outside the Dealer's room, since that has the most traffic, & wait there at a specified time to meet the other members of this guild. That way, we're all in a heavily populated, well-lit area, & we don't need to give out any personal information.
Now, I'd like to hear any suggestions for what time to meet, & if someone should carry a sign or something. Or, we could just post a picture of our costumes for Megacon, & just tell people to look for that.

Ummm theres already a thread for this. sweatdrop I have already made a meeting place which is in the food court and the time for the meet will be posted either tomorrow or Saturday. 3nodding
