well i feel fat and i look fat and i'm trying to loose weight (by just eating a LOT less)

*huggles* never say that about yourself....be confident about your body and other people will look at you as a person.....and don't tell me that you're fat.....I think my ex-friend is worse off than you....

I weigh 136 pounds and I'm 5 feet tall. I'm not muscular. I have what my dad calls "tummy" I'm the fat one xp I try to cut back on snacks and excersize more...it doesn't work out when your mom is always telling you to appriciate other peoples' cooking and you shouldn't waste your food BLAH BLAH BLAH, and I'm hungry when I get home from school it's a part of my routine to come home and stuff myself with snacks xp then go up to my room and get on the computer whie i do my homework, after dinner I give up on homework and switch to full time computer-ing ^.^ I have no life....if my mom let me do whatever I wanted I would be on the computer all day xp

k, first off u have to define fat....so many people have this dumb barbie doll image that their body should be....it is unhealthy! drs will tell u that. For each person there is a weight the doctor says u should be at...first off if u are there or under it...dont worry! razz 2cdly....lol if u r over it there are ways to make an enormous change! I weighed close to 160 i am now 128 the way I changed that was stopped drinking so much pop and stopped eating so much fast food! You won't believe how much not drinking pop will make u lose! Pop seriously makes u gain WEIGHT! Now, on to snacks....I know this sounds funny but I heart fruit! so, for ur snacks eat fruit make a huge fruit plate and eat it for ur snack, my faves r green apples, strawberrys, pineapple, and grapes...all easy snacks. Use cheese and crackers....trust me it helps lol. I'm definately not a health nut! But just by changing when ur hungry grab something a little healthier instead of junk. And eat whatever u want for dinner! I still eat my chocolate!! razz o and I know this sounds wierd but craisins are good too, the cherry flavored kind... razz its the only way i like to eat them...cherry flavored.

you shouldnt say that about yourself.

a few years ago i knew for a fact i weighted more than all my friends, and that didnt bother mebecause i was taller than they were, so i thought it was normal. then one day in PE (i have no idea WHY in the world we di this) we took this skinfold and weight testing thing... but my total came ou WAY higher than my friends (like 3times higher). so the next time i went to the doctor i asked him and he showed me this chart thingy that takes how old you are and your height and weight and he said 'your at a perfect normal weight'. then when i told him about what happened at school he said, 'those girls probably never started puberty yet plus some of them might be underweight.

so are you sre that you weight too much... or are they people around you just abnormally underweight?

It also depends on your height, sort of like what MiaIkumis#1Fan said. I'm six feet tall, and only fourteen, so naturally I weigh a lot more than my friends. You have to kind of scale yourself down to see what your real weight is. If you shrink, the rest of your body will. Even though I'm really heavy, if I was six inches shorter, I'd be at a normal body type. ^-^

But try not to think about it too much. You may overthink it and begin to panic...

well, i just feel fat because my friends are all like, under 60 pounds. none of them look fat or anorexsick because they are all short but still, i may be tall, but not that tall!

Never worry to much about your weight, if you start obsessing over it, your life will suck. My friend is thin as a stick, but because her ballet teacher keeps poking her stomach and calling her fat, shes becoming anorexic, or bulmic, either way she's not eating properly, losing to much weight, and doesn't look well. If you really want to lose weight that badly, don't stop eating, just walk more and exercise more, me and my friend muzzi walk to school there and back every day now (it takes an hour) our legs are no longer flabby. But don't stop eating just because you feel fat, trust me, your probably just average weight, maybe even below average.
