It depresses me how very few people know about mangas if they're not already animes. sad Next to no one's heard of Disgaea, Judas, Fate Stay night, Ebichu, Rahxephon, Excell Saga, Domu, Eden, Tsukuyomi, Rune Soldier Louie, Last Exile, Dragon Head, Five Star Stories, Gantz... The list goes on. gonk but EVERYONE knows what Naruto, Inuyasha and One Piece are (censored American crap that it is). If those 10 year old chilluns knew what the REAL stuff they were rotting their brains out with were, they'd pee themselves and live in closets the remainder of their lives. mad

You're not the only one. I do however prefer reading manga on paper rather than on my computer. Oh and Rune Soldier Louie is an anime. I've never seen it though. I just know of its existence.

TREE KILLER! scream I didn't know that Louie was an anime... eek Over here they ahd volume one of the maga out for all of 2 months and then it disappeared. i still haven't seen any other volumes of it. sad But it's still very sad that no one's heard of those very great mangas. Like MagicalxMiracle. Some have heard of Gantz i know... but only because it's an anime. crying (you gotta love that guy's filler pages... ninja )

Yeah, as an aspiring manga-ka, I read a lot of manga that isn't anime, or at least not good or well-known anime...
Like:
Samurai deeper kyo, elemental gelade, phantom, kekaishi... or something, dragon hunter, chronicles of the cursed sword, jing(which was horrible, almost as horrible as the anime)

Like: Samurai deeper kyo, elemental gelade, phantom, kekaishi... or something, dragon hunter, chronicles of the cursed sword, jing(which was horrible, almost as horrible as the anime) 1) *throtles you* Jing was cool! Everyone was named after alcohol... xd 2) Some of those are animes you know... ninja 3) maybe i should be more specific... No one's heard of the manga if it's not in english. My Name is Zushio! xd That one's funny. whee
