I saw a Smash Bros. thread, so I thought I'd make this. (Yes I know Luigi's not in there)
My personal favorite is my custom machine. (I'll get the parts list later.)
As for standard machines, Iron Tiger is a good pick.
They made a Mario cameo with EAD in the game, so why not a Luigi-like EAD Mk. II? Or better yet, Luigi and the Green Torpedo, the hyperkart from Paper Mario 2. I'll make a drawing of said cameo.

I made the custom machine fantasia then painted it red, green, purple, and then I put a Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi, emblem.

i like Little Wyvern. (haha, cause it looks like an Arwing, and the pilot looks like Fox)
