We all have that one favorite food, that we want to share with the world. Well... Good luck with that. But to get you started, you can post it here. Then, maybe the world next? Who knows. ;P
Please, post healthy snacks here. I'm dieting, and sugary recipe's would kill me. D:

Berry Intense Smoothie
1.5 cups of frozen berries (a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries is awesome, but pick your own). Frozen works best, and eleminates the need for ice.
Add 1 can, with the juice, of diced pears or peaches (the individual sized cans that are intended for lunch boxes are perfect).
0.5 cup of low fat yogurt.
1 tbl spoon of honey
Optional: Orange juice, to help thin out the smoothie.
Blend until smooth and ready to go. 3nodding

Oh, here is one!
Microwaved apple:
!) Put an apple in the microwave 2)heat until you hear its juice hiss, (about a minute) If you want a tender apple, wait for 1 min 30 sec. 3) Take out, it will be hot, wait about 15 seconds for the juice to stop hissing, then when you feel it is cooled down enough, take a bite.
