Well, I am going to make my OWN dinner tonight. Ideas? Healthy ones ofcourse. I was thinking of a fried rice. But, the only kind of Chicken we have is breaded. ;o;

Uhh. Fried rice isn't healthy. Anything fried for you isn't healthy. Maybe some plain rice.

Fried rice isn't too healthy yeah. Try a nice baked potato with skin, a tiny dab of butter, some steamed broccoli and carrots and some skinless chicken? Sounds good and healthy to me.

I didn't think fried rice was too unhealthy if you made it yourself, Isn't it just cooked white rice that's been thrown in a fry pan and re-cooked with vegetables?
