Don't know... well, he's not that bad/evil, because he didn't really want to kill Dumbledore at the end of Half Blood Prince.

I think Malfoy will be killed.
I forsee him hesitating to kill some one again, an then Voldemort killing him.
JKR said that Malfoy would not turn good
