I would apply, but my free time (and of that, what I actually spend on gaia) seems to be getting cut down abruptly.
Also, if only on person applies, are they going to be accepted by default, or only if they meet whatever standard you may have? lol.

I'm not necessarily accepting any moderators at the moment, this is mostly to build a list of candidates. If no qualified members apply, I will either make a judgment call or simply not promote anyone.

Well, I don't really know if I'd be qualified to be a moderator, you know what's going on in CULT ( Yeah, they tell me it isn't my fault but still, I am one of the people at least sorta in charge), but if you ever do need someone to help you out, feel free to let me know!

Kulshedra What do you mean by 'experience'? Any past moderating experience, preferably for forums. I also take into consideration administration experience when it has to do with admin/user relations.

Thanks for the elaboration there.
If we do apply, would you rather have us PM it to you, or just post it right here?

So you know, I'm just kind of putting my application on the table, as a sort of 'just in case' for you. If you need any help trying to organize the guild and such, I'm more than willing to help.
Name: Kulshedra Age: I'd rather not say; a person's intellect, personality, and abilities should not be judged by the number of times they've circled the Sun. Experience [Note: This does NOT include Gaia guilds]: None online specifically, but I have lead, or at least been a part of, many groups, clubs, projects, etc. Why do you wish to be a moderator? I simply wish to ensure the wellfare of the guild, and if my help is wanted, then I'm here to be asked What can you bring to the moderating team? I know that I can ensure the rules of the guild are enforced, and I can keep the intellectual sides of everyone in the guild running with interesting debates and topics. Normal days and hours you are online: I am usually online at least an hour a day, although I will probably be available more than that. Average time per week: Around 7 hours a week, though, again, probably more.

Kulshedra Age: I'd rather not say; a person's intellect, personality, and abilities should not be judged by the number of times they've circled the Sun. A person should not be judged by their age, but one should also not fear that very judgment. Just a thought. I am filling out an application, simply because I like to help. I will not feel rejected if I am not accepted as moderator. Name: Shikalee Age: 17 Experience: I have moderated on several forums, but they were never large like the Gaian community. I have had also had the pleasure of being a GM (long time ago). Outside of the internet, I am told I am an excellent communicator. I also have a lot of experience in leadership, mostly because people come to me for answers. I won't admit to asserting my power... Why do you wish to be a moderator? I do not specifically wish to be a moderator. However, if help is asked for, it will be given. What can you bring to the moderating team? In a small guild like this, not much, except the extra helping hand, and possibly new ideas. In a larger guild, I may be able to help with events in the guild. Normal days/hours online Weekends; 10am-9pm Weekdays; 4-8pm Average hours per week: 6-30 hrs (a good week vs a bad week)

Name: Becs1234 Age: 15 Experience: I've run a few clubs on Deviantart, and my Siggy petition tells you my experience with advertising. Why do you wish to be a moderator? Because ED debates (good ones) are fun, and I've always wanted to be able to contribute more and make the forums more spam-free What can you bring to the moderating team? More advertisement for the guild, and I usually have a lot of spare time, so this wouldn't be much of a burden Normal days and hours you are online: Every day for a few hours, unless I get grounded or my schoolwork catches up with me Average time per week: ._. A lot... Don't really know... o^-^o

Name: Joscerelle or Josc Age: 20 Experience [Note: This does NOT include Gaia guilds]: Well, no experience in Gaia, but I do moderate a forum for Final Fantasy XI. My BF runs it and I help out with any problems that may arise. He and I quit FFXI about a month ago, but we still run the forum for our friends on the game. Why do you wish to be a moderator? I try not to get offensive in posts or with people in general. I try to stick to not breaking a set number of fallacies that I have taken from my college English courses, and I think everyone should try to work these falacies into their debates. Once I get them typed up I will post them on these forums. They are very helpful in making your arguments work. What can you bring to the moderating team? Well, I'm an Animation major, and I posses copies of 3DsMax, Adobe Illistrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premier... I know how to use all of them pretty well. Normal days and hours you are online: On days that I have computer classes, I'm on all day. On days that I don't I'm available usually at night after 5:00 Mountain Standard Time. Days I have Computer classes are Monday and Thursday. Average time per week: Oh, god... uh... a lot, but it varies from week to week.
