are you actually hungry or just craving..? if you have one of those nagging it wont go away unless u eat what you want cravings for chocolate or sugar............then have some hot chocolate!!!! though its not that healthy...its better than regular chocolate and candy and as long as you
dont put anythin, and i mean anythin, in it u should be okay..it satisfys that craving.....but be sure to do an extra lap around the gym in the morning! if its just some random craving that something sweet will satisfy.......u could always try those 100-calorie low sugar low fat snacks......they're yummy.....but only have one! And if you have none...eat a sweet fruit like strawberrys or pineapple..........And no matter what you have unless its fruit make sure to do an extra lap or an extra song on DDR!
