Sakaki's Revalation
"Sakaki?" she called. Chiyo tilted her head in curiosity as she watched Sakaki gazing out of the window. She seemed to do that alot. Chiyo tapped her on the shoulder, trying to get her attention. "Can I have your quiz, Sakaki?"
Sakaki seemed to snap back to reality. She turned her head, looknig at Chiyo. "Here you go," she said, handing Chiyo her quiz.
"Thank you!" she said. Chiyo smiled, treading off to retrieve quizzes from all the other students.
Sakaki returned to peering out of the window. She was watching an adorable white cat. It seemed to have a fluffier coat than most stray cats. It also seemed whiter than most. The cat fascinated her.
The bell rang as Sakaki exited the school. The sunlight hit her face. As she rounded the corner, she spotted the brilliant, white cat sleeping on a crate. She bended down to her knees, examining it. She slowly moved her hand towards its head. The cat's eyes opened, and Sakaki retreated her hand immeidately. The cat watched her closely. It began to purr, standing up and moving its head towards her hand. Sakaki felt her hand meet contact with the cat's soft, white fur. She scratched it behind its ear. This seemed like the first time a cat didn't bite her. Sakaki smiled warmly, continuing to pet the cat.
