I have a dolly, her name is Sharon. Today, Sharon got a message to meet her secret admirer in the park. Your going to help me get Sharon through the day.
Each post should be a continuation of the story, it can be silly, or funny or even sad. Use your imagination. Shall we begin?
It had been slipped into the mailbox with nothing but a name, spelled in the most beautiful handwriting that Sharon had seen. She sits at her vanity with the letter laying in front of her, wondering what she should wear.
If it's the love of her life, she wants to look extra special, but if it's someone else, she doesn't want to break their heart, so she decides...

to go with comfortable casual wear. Some torn jeans, with rips in all the right places, and a tight black t-shirt. This way she looked like she was not going to meet anyone special and still effect the person in the right way.

Ready to meet whatever fate has in store, she puts on her jacket and leaves, but as soon as she's out the front door her cell phone rings...

"Hi Sharon, it's Lisa!! What's up?" Rang a chipper and cheery voice over the phone's receiver.

Her grin grew impossibly wide.
"Lisa?!! Hi!" She clutched the phone with both hands, if the person who was her secret admirer turned out to be who she hoped it was, than this was turning out to be the best day ever. There wasn't a better or more amazing friend in the world in her oppinion. Sharon blurted out everything that had happened with barely a breath between words...

"Oh ehm gee, no way!" Lisa said, almost overly excited. Sharon crossed her fingers. She could be pretending. "Who do you think it is?"
"I'm not sure," Sharon said carefully, trying to sound thoughtful, "Who do you think it is?"
Excitement and hope filled the moment of silence, but when Lisa replied, all she said was, "Sorry, I have to go. Mom's calling me."
Deflating a little, Sharon said goodbye and kept walking. The park was less than a mile from her house, but the distance seemed more daunting than it ever had before.
Walking down the street, Sharon saw...

Her worst enemy in the world, Nichole, at the same time that the other girl noticed her. Nichole narrowed her eyes but Sharon tried to keep her expression neutral, not wanting to waste time. But the effort was futile as Nichole began to march towards her with to of her goons in tow. Sharon could feel her happiness drop a notch.
"This is going to be fun," she mumbled sarcastically under her breath....

Sharon, being a relatively bright girl, had the sense to get out of there without breaking into a blind panic-stricken run. She finally managed to ditch Nichole and her friends by hiding in a neighbor's doghouse. Making a note to bake cookies or something to thank the neighbors, she walked on toward the park...

.....and on the way, noticed that it was beginning to sprinkle lightly around her. Clouds of a soft grey hovered overhead, and the soft drops of rain gently kissed the flowers and grass on both sides of the streets. How beautiful, she thought to herself as she sauntered dreamily down the pathway that went all the way through the park.
As she approached a familiar tree with familiar initials carved into its sturdy trunk, she bumped into a familiar person. They both fell back a little bit; perhaps because Sharon noticed right away, to her utmost delight, that this dark haired beauty was.......

Lisa herself!
"Wow... It really was you..." Sharon said, scarcely believing her good fortune. "Yes," Lisa responded, "But you should know something first..."

"Yeah?" Sharon said. "What?" "Well..." Lisa began, "First of all, this wasn't a prank... I've waited to tell you for a long time, but..."

[I'm sorry if I've written too much; I'ma bit of a writer myself which explains all of this.]
"I love you. I always have, I just never realised it until now. I was never brave enough to realise my attraction towards women until now. Until I met you." Lisa's voice lowered until she was barely whispering, embraced by a supportive hug from Sharon. By now the rain had transformed into a serious storm, its droplets (and wind) crashing against tree branches. "Let's get some shelter!" Lisa yelled, her voice barely audible against the loud boom of the thunder. Grabbing Sharon's hand, she began to run off, only to be twirled back and kissed by the love of her life. "I've been waiting to do that all my life." Sharon whispered, her hands delicately brushing through the soft hairs of Lisa. Hand in hand, they began an exciting run through the park and towards the nearest place of shelter..

"I've been waiting to do that all my life." Sharon whispered, her hands delicately brushing through the soft hairs of Lisa. Hand in hand, they began an exciting run through the park and towards the nearest place of shelter.. The Shelter happened to be a gazebo in the park. Usually it was reserved for local buskers or occasionally a small band, but today, luckily it was empty. Sharon's thoughts raced. Part of her always knew, and part of her loved Lisa too, but there was a tiny bit of apprehension in her mind... She knew she liked girls... but... Why bother thinking about it? she thought. My really was who I hoped she would be... maybe it's just the weather that has me worried.Quickly glancing at her friend, or by now something more than that, she scooted a little closer... (not at all! the plot is developing!)
