It is here that the lowest of the low have gathered.
War junkies, mobsters, drug dealers, all the worst kinds of people.
And it is here, amid the violence and death, that the mercenary courrier service known as The Lagoon Company make their home.
Taking any dirty job for the right price, this rag-tag team knows no true allegiance to any one employer.
Unknown to the Lagoon crew themselves or anyone else, soon Roanapura will be rocked by a full scale war and everyone is going to be gunning for them.

CHARACTERS
The Lagoon Company
Dutch
The leader of Lagoon Company and captain of the ex-American Navy PT boat Black Lagoon. He is a former American soldier who fought in the Vietnam War . He tends to stay away from the fighting associated with Lagoon Company's activities. Instead, he gives orders and negotiates contracts with clients - usually Balalaika of Hotel Moscow. Dutch is a calm, easygoing character, and quite friendly. He is a Christian , denomination unknown. His body is heavily muscled, and he is always seen wearing a pair of sunglasses. He appears to be in his 30s, but is likely in his 50s, based on his military service in Vietnam.

Revy (Rebecca)
Does most of the fighting for Lagoon Company. She is of Chinese descent, and she grew up in the United States, spending most of her youth as a thief and murderer. She only speaks English. Revy is very competitive, easily bored, and quick to anger. Her skill with firearms and ability to dodge bullets seem superhuman. If everyone enjoyed their work as much as Revy, the world would be a much better place, the only problem is, her job is killing.

Rock (Rokuro Okajima)
Was a Japanese salary man until he was taken hostage by the crew of the Black Lagoon. He joined Lagoon Company after his employer abandoned him in its attempt to cover up the smuggling operation in which he had been an unwitting participant. Rock is an humble and mild-mannered person, often surprised at the barbarity of the South East Asia crime world; he still wears a tie and collared shirt when on the job with Lagoon Company, and prefers to use words over weapons during negotiations.

a college dropout from a university in Florida, where he studied until getting into trouble with the FBI and the mafia. He works as the Lagoon Company's mechanic, computer specialist, and researcher. He is Jewish. Dutch calls him Benny-Boy.

Balalaika
The boss of the Russian Crime Syndicate 'Hotel Moscow', a branch of the Russian mafia based on Thai soil. Before joining the mafia, she was a VDV paratrooper and Spetznaz officer in the Soviet army during the Soviet war in Afganastan. She wears her BDU shirt as a jacket. She frequently employs Dutch and the Lagoon Company, apparently because they share a mutual respect; Dutch considers her to be a person with a 'sense of honor'. Balalaika can be easily identified by the burn marks which scar most of the right side of her face and neck. She has long blond hair, and usually wears a large overcoat and a low-cut business suit. She appears to be in her 30s or 40s. The men under he command are all former Russian Special Forces, and with her at the helm they become the most deadly fighting force on earth.

Boss of the local Triad. . Probably the only ‘man’ alive that is a match for Revy in combat. He's hired the Lagoon company on more then one occasion. He’s just that damned cool.

Shenhua
Just as Revy is the most dangerous gun fighter in Roanapura, Shenhua (Or the "Yes it is" lady as Revy likes to call her) is the most dangerious when it comes to bladed weapons. She tends to speak in fractured english, since it isn't her native launage.

Rotten "The Wizard"
A man with a flare for drama. Rotten talks big, offten trying to make a big enertance that more offten then not gets cut short. Inspite of his flash and flare Rotten is a cunning gun fighter and one of the few hired guns in the city smart enough to ware a kevlar vest.
