Hundreds of thousands of lightyears away from Earth, Atlanteis Station orbits tightly around an enormous red gas giant the same size as Earth's sun. One of the first intergalactic stations founded by the corporations of the different species in the galaxy. More like a floating city than just a mere station, Atlanteis has living quarters and accomodations for the population of a moderate-size moon. As it is so large and easy to hide from authorities, Atlanteis is not only a hub of trade and commerce, but a center for the underground, black market, and mercenary network. Whatever you need, can be found here.

The sleek black craft drifted smoothly into the dock jutting out from Atlanteis, the name Omaha clearly visible in white letters on its hull. The hiss of air announced the depressurization of the airlock hatch. It silently lowered itself to the deck and became a ramp. Ethan stepped into the hatchway and peered out at the station *home sweet home* he thought as he hopped off the ramp. Behind him Wo'Jula stalked out of the ship. Well that was fun. he said in his deep voice as he watched Ethan adjust the holsters clipped to his thighs. Ethan looked up from his adjustments. How was I supposed to know that cruiser was gonna be there? At least we got paid, and they didnt even scrape the Omaha. Ethan let out a shrill whistle and two dogs came sprinting out of the ship, red and grey blurs. They came to a halt at the bottom of the ramp and sat at attention. Ethan grinned as he donned his helmet. C'mon J, let's go get a drink and see who else needs a job done

A crimson ship was docked near the black one that just came in. It's hull seemed to have a sort of...fierceness to it. It's owner was currently sitting by himself in one of the station's cantinas. There was a bustle of activity, and music was pounding in his ears. The man wore a brown ragged cloak, covering most of his body. He had the hood down, however. His cold amber eyes looked around the room and took in all the sights. He now knew where the closest exit was, about how many people were around him, and other things like so. He took a sip of from his drink in front of him...

Ethan and Wo'Jula walked into the cantina with the two hounds leading them. They slid into an empty booth in the corner and order drinks from the servobot. Corellian fire whiskey please a blood Han vodka we should probably look into some new upgrades for the shipwe could use better shields. That last cruiser almost overloaded them one more job and we can refit the whole ship. I think we should let the Net know we are here(The net is shorthand for all the criminal/mercenary syndicates) Ethan whipped out his comlink and pressed a certain series of numbers. Far away, in the bowels of the station, a little red light started blinking.

Ryder took notice of the two newcomers entering the bar. To his disgust, they brought dogs with them and sat down in a booth. His amber eyes hovered over them, observing their every move. He recognized one of them as an Elite, probably a banished one at that. The other was a human. Looks like a meat head to me, thought Ryder. Just then, a huge space pirate came stumbling towards Ryder, obviously drunk. The giant bumped into Ryder's table. Glaring towards him, the pirate growled, "watch where you're goin pip squeak!" Ryder decided to ignore him.

At the sound of someone or something smashing through a table, Ethan and Wo'Jula, weapons halfway out of their holsters, snapped their heads towards the corner where the commotion came from. Sem and Fi raised the hair on their backs as they prepared to enter the fray. Easy boys..... I think we'll sit this one out He leaned back and watched as the brawl unfolded.

Still trying to ignore the space pirate, Ryder pretended nothing had happened. He sat relaxed where he was, a little annoyed at the loss of his drink. Snarling, the pirate shouted, "don't you ignore me ya scumhole!!!" He grabbed part of the front of Ryder's cloak and yanked him up. Then, he shoved him roughly away. Ryder simply brushed it off with an arrogant look and walked away. Enraged, the huge pirate spun Ryder around and socked him in the chin. Ryder recoiled sharply. Slowly, he turned his head back towards the pirate. His amber eyes glared at the big man. However, Ryder simply turned around again and walked off. The pirate looked like he was proud of himself. It was appalling. Ryder stopped next to the Elite and human meat head. Looking at them with a calm expression, he set down a plastic card in front of them and stated, "300 credits if you punch that space pirate in the face." Pulling out another card, he added, "another 100 if he goes down in one hit." He awaited his response.

((Sorry if it seems long at first. It's just an intro sort of thing.. I do that often when I'm first starting out. sweatdrop ))
A feminine voice sounded over the speakers, almost robot-like, saying "Flight 7 has arrived. All passengers making their way off the aircraft, please move quickly and quietly to your next destination. Thank you and enjoy your time at Atlanteis Station." Wooden boxes that had been in the ship's cargo, were being moved, but suddenly, as all was quiet, a gloved-fist came smashing through the surface of one particular box. Alexa, a light-brown haired girl, climbed out, stood up, and began to brush herself off from the wooden particles that became free of the the box.
"Phew.. It's amazing how long I can stay cramped up in that thing." She smiled as she rested her hands on her hips, thinking about where she would be headed off to next, but her smile immediately turned into a frown when a few people walked by her, giving her confused expressions. "What! Like you've never seen someone stowaway in an aircraft before? Geez.. everyone acts so 2007 these days." she said, rolling her eyes. Alex's gaze turned to the building in front of her.
"A cantina? Cool! I've been meaning to quench my thrist for quite some time, now." Entering the cantina, she sat down at the nearest table to the door, not feeling like wasting her precious energy. The girl ordered a sweet tea, knowing that they probably wouldn't allow her to be drinking an alcoholic beverage like everyone else, for she was only 20. She took a sip. "Still one year to go and I'll be drinkin' all the martini's I need." Alexa took a look at the men sitting in a small group, dogs by their sides. Ah, dogs. So obedient these days, she thought.

((haha, nice intro xd )) Out of the side of his field of view, Ryder took notice that a girl had just entered the cantina. She was now looking at him and the two that Ryder was with. Turning his full attention back to the meat head, Ryder responded, "You. If the Sangheili joins in then I'll add another hundred." Compared to his previous lack of emotion, Ryder's eyes now possessed a sort of provocative gaze. A sort of challenging look.

Ethan followed the strangers gaze and saw the girl enter the room. He turned back Wo'Jula. I'll take this one Wo'Jula nodded his assent. Ethan slid out of the booth and said to ryder with a smirk Your money's as good as mine Ethan casually strode over to the bar where the pirate was oredering his drink. He walked by and elbowed him as he passed. Hey! Who the hell do you think you are?!The pirate swung at Ethan as he turned to face him. Ethan sidestepped and the pirate's fist missed his head by centimeters. As the pirate struggled to regain his balance, Ethan landed his fist on the pirate's forehead. His eyes rolled up into the back of his head as he crumpled to the floor. Ethan turned to looked at the cloaked stranger.

Alex's gaze followed the fallen pirate to the ground. "Hmph.. Didn't see that comin'." She took another sip of her tea. A few concerned people walked past the pirate, saying things like 'Is he okay?' or 'What happened?'. The girl then responded to their questions. "Oh, I wouldn't bother. With a few drinks and a blow to the head like that? I'd say he'll be unconcious for a while." Alex turned her attention back to her table and reached for the computer pad in the middle of her table. She searched for something to entertain herself and finally pulled up a map on the internet of Atlanteis Station. "You are here..", she mumbled.

With a smugly satisfied look on his face, Ryder nodded slightly to the meat head. He gave him a small golf clap, picked up the two plastic cards from the table, and gave it to the Elite. "Excellent," he said to him in Sangheili. Briskly, Ryder walked off, looking down at the pirate as he passed by. Then, he went over to the bar and ordered another drink. Ryder had a slight smirk on his face as he looked around the room. That's when he saw the girl at the table...
When Ethan had knocked the pirate out cold, and Ryder had given the Elite the money, two of the pirate's buddies looked on. They were bigger than the one Ethan had punched. Angrily, one grabbed Ethan from behind in a full nelson, while the other attempted to puch him in the stomach.

Ethan smiled slightly when he felt some hands grab his arms. He had hoped some more fools would enter the fray. The pirate who had moved in front of him threw a nasty punch into Ethan's midsection. He looked up at Ethan's face, expceting to see pain in his eyes. Instead, Ethan spat in his eyes and since the guy behind him was holding him, decided to use that to his advantage and jumped into the air, planting his feet on the man's chest. As soon as his feet came into contact with the pirate, Ethan launched his legs forward with full force and sent the pirate flying across the cantina to smash into the durasteel wall. Ethan felt the grip on his neck relax slightly as the man behind him must have gaped in surprise. Ethan threw his arms forward and broke the the pirate's hold. As soon as he was out, he spun around and pulled both his pistols out of their holsters and leveled them at the man's face. Ethan's hounds, who were previosuly sitting at the table, were now on eah side of him, teeth barred and growling menacingly. Either you end up like your friend there, with your face in the floor, or I put two metal slugs through your brain, pick one. The pirate, seeing his friend smashed against the wall and the two pistols in his face, slowly backed away and sat back down at the bar smarter than he looks Ethan muttered. He reholstered his pistols and nodded to Wo'Jula, who was now standing a few feet away, his energy blade ready to ignite in his hand. Wo'Jula put his sword down. we should leave Ethan threw a cred to the bartender. sorry for the mess. Ethan and Wo'Jula strode out of the cantina and hung a right heading deeper into the station. Sem and Fi followed along behind them, watching the stranger in the potato sack as the passed by.
