Man you sure are ontop of this stuff huh? It wont load up for me but I'll try again later to see how it plays. I dont even think IGN has it in their site anymore cus I just searched for it to see if they had these videos since their site allows for video downloads but they dont even have shin 2 in their listing.

I could get used to playing this game, the angle doesn't seem all that bad if you see it getting played.

Well they finally put it back into IGN and they even have a preview of it. They have four vid's of it and I'm downloading em' right now. In their opinion so far the behind the shoulder veiw is a good improvement, giving the action a more cinematic feel which i love so hopefully we'll also feel it's better. They didnt say anything regarding the button layout b ut I'm sure their leaving it the same, which is good cus frankly the current layout is fine and the play mechanics are great. Sarriss whenever you get the chance if possible could you roll together the threads we have on this game into one, but keep it on the front page so we can have our discussions on it in one thread?.

Just finished watching one of the videos of piccolo and goku and it looks like they've added in a new gameplay mechanic. Twice in the match piccolo knocked goku back, then proceeded to dash after him and knock him back again, doing instant movement behind goku three more times knocking him away each time then ending it with a special beam cannon done very nicely with starting behind piccolos back then to rotating the camera quickly back to the 45' degree angle position. He does this a second time but without the nice special beam finish to it. It looks like their taking another hint from Tenkaichi and adding this in since we know a similiar mechanic is used in T1+2 where you can knock back your opponent then quickly dash back after them continuing your attack string. I wonder what other new little additions they've done to spice up the already great gameplay shin posseses.
And as another note, I cannot believe the terrible Cover art they threw together for this one,IGN shows the cover they'll be using for the US version and frankly in my opinion i think it looks terrible. This isnt the first time theyve chosen against using japan's original packaging for a much less original and lackluster cover design, just look at Shin ones cover art in japan compared to the US release and you'll know what i mean, they didnt even bother to spotlight Trunks in the US art for this one even though he's the main focus of this release.
