Topics not following these rules will be locked!
How To Post!
Step 1:
Are you buying or selling? Let people know in the topic title by saying for example 'B> Firewood', 'S> Candy' or 'T> Capes'. Where B stands for Buying, S stands for Selling and T stands for Trading. You can also include the price by saying for example 'S> Yeti Skins 1k each'.
Step 2:
Be sure to mention the type of item you're buying/selling in the post. Your post must be clear!
Step 3:
For the love of God, write properly! Use periods, capitals and (optionally) commas.
do not wryte like tihs becuase its very uncleer
Instead, write like this!
Step 4:
If you're not posting a question to the seller/buyer or trying to buy/sell, don't post. Posts like "i dont care" or "no thanks" will be deleted immediately or better yet, edited to make you look stupid and childish.
Step 4a:
If you don't like the prices, PM the member and ask him to lower his price.
Step 5:
I will start locking topics as of 7/26/06 if you have an "offer price" or "ends when I say so" type thing. Buying offers do not have to follow these rules.
Step 6:
Do not ever, ever, ever say who's in the ******** lead. I mean, c'mon, we can figure that out for themselves. Only bump a topic if it falls on the second page before the end date.
This topic will be locked to prevent spamming.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think there's some confusion about the types of topics you can open. Here's a list of topic prefixes with a short explanation.
You have to use these prefixes in the title!
B> (Buying)
This means you are buying items from other users. What you need in a topic like this is the item(s) you are buying. You can also state the price you are buying them for optionally.
S> (Selling)
This means you are selling items to other users. You need to state the item(s) and the optionally the price at which you are selling them. This topic may not have a 'highest bidder' system.
A> (Auctioning)
This means you are auctioning items to the highest bidder. You have to state the item(s) and an end date for the auction. You can also state a starting bid and bid intervals optionally.
T> (Trading)
Basically, you offer one item for another item. State the item you are offering and the item you want in return. Obviously, this type of topic can't have a 'highest bidder' system.
I hope this clears some things up.
Hope I can write that. rolleyes
