Village Hidden in the Leaves
Konoha, short for Konohagakure - located in the Land of Fire, is one of the five great ninja villages. The leader of the village is known as the Hokage, each Hokage has thier face carved into the overlooking mountain.
Although Konoha, much like the country in which it resides, has been peaceful for the past twelve years and has grown accustomed to that peace, it remains one of the most powerful villages in existence, with an overall ninja population much greater than that of any other village, and therefore has great military power and influence.
Itachi has an unexpected visit planned for Sasuke and the others, When he finds Sasuke alone in the forest how will things turn out?

Sasuke yawned as he opened his eyes from his resting spot. He had tried to get away from the heat by going into the near by forrest to find shade, and maybe alittle needed rest. The sun was hot and for some reason even being inside wasn't enough to keep the rays from burning.
Slowly raising a hand to sheild his eyes from the brightness, Sasuke looked into the sky threw the leaves of the tall trees with a soft sigh. "Baka.." He said from under his breath, almost whispering it to the wind that hadn't seemed to blow once today.
His hand fell back onto his chest as he eyes closed, there wasn't much to do other then rest on a day like this. He had told no one he left, but figured Naruto would most likely find him if needed-He had a nack for popping up when he wasn't wanted anyways.
Sasuke slowly slumped back against the tree bark as he other hand slowly played with the grass threw his fingers, again this looked like a boring day.

Itachi kept his speed going as he walked through the forest, making sure he got to his destination. Though he was rather thirsty, he didnt know if he should go to his favorite spot in the forest were there was a pond.
'I wouldnt be suprised if that was were he was.' he thought to him self.
Suddenly Itachi stopped walking and started off in the direction of the pond. As he was comming in view, he saw a figure, resting up against a tree.
'Well, I'm not suprised'

Sasuke sighed once more, his guard was down -it was way to hot to be ready to fight at any moment, thus he didn't hear anyone approching.
For a moment he felt uneasy but it soon passed like nothing, Sasuke was use to feeling uneasy and always on guard- but what could happen on a day like this?
Again he huffed as his dark eyes opened to glance towards the pond afew feet infront of him. 'Maybe it would be a good time to take a swim.' he thought to himself before standing in a long stretch.
Sasuke didn't hesitate and pulled his shirt up over his head, but again he had the same uneasy feeling. He pulled his head out of the neck hole and looked around only with his eyes, his sences picking up someone watching him.
"Who's there?" he said outloud, pulling his arms out of the sleves so he would be able to fight. "Show yourself!" He added with agression in his voice, his eyes still darting around the clearings between trees.

Itachi kept hidden behind a tree, taking a few glimpes at his younger brother. He was very proud of how his little brother had grown.
'But letting his guard down just to relax, needs to be improved.'
Itachi then slowly came from behind the tree, showing himself. He slowly began to walk toward to the pond, with a bit suprise as to knowing his brother had'nt seen him, yet. Though his face didnt show a bit of his suprise, he kept himself rather collected, and hid well.

Sasuke's heart almost stopped as his older brother came into view, how could he have let his guard down so much? He knew his brother was strong, of course he would get even stronger then him- even if it killed him.
Sasuke opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out, not even a small squeek.
Even after all these years he still hated his brother with his entire being, and here he was infront of him acting like he was nothing. How could he be so calm?
No, he couldn't let his guard down again. This was just like him, showing no emotion like the night he killed his parents without even a second thought.
"What are you doing here?" he managed to spit out, yes it was a stupid question, but Sasuke was cought between a rock and a hard place so to speak. No one knew where he was, and running of course was not an option.
Sasuke tightened his grip on the sleve of his shirt, it wasn't like him to just stand there, no words or motion. But he thought it was weird Itachi was alone- Not that he needed help killing anyone. Sasuke's eyes burned with anger, but still he stayed where he was trying to keep his breathing shallow, there was no need to get worked up over this meeting- Unless Itachi made the first move, Sasuke would do nothing.
He pushed aside the feeling of lashing out, remembering the last time he had come face to face with his older brother and desided to just watch his every move, even if he did come to fight Sasuke knew Itachi would could have killed him by now.

Itachi stood there looking down at his little brothers face. Calm as usual, he stared into his brother eyes.
"Im here to test you." he replied bluntly.
He knew Sasuke wasnt ready to fight him, if he was, he would have known his prescence. His small, fragile little brother was still weak. Nothing he did, apparently had no hate.
Before Sasuke could speak, Itachi spoke.
"Your weak, Sasuke. You couldnt kill me if you tried. You lack hate. You treat everyone as if they are your friends. What have I taught you? Does it meen nothing to you, to kill me?
Itachi stood there looking at his brothers delicate face. Apparently the expression the younger Uchiha had, was readable. Itachi let a sigh pass through his lips, which was really unlike him, as he leaned down and kiss his little brother on the top of the head. After that he left and walked over to the pond to go swimming.

Sasuke grit his teeth at his brothers words, how could he 'lack' hate? Sasuke could feel the fabric of his shirt start to inprint into his hand due to the grip he had on it. He was ready to throw a punch, he couldn't hold it in any longer if it was a fight he wanted Sasuke would prove he wasn't weak that ever since the day he started training hate was the biggest weapon he had. He threw his arm back, ready to thrust it forward.
Then he heard the sigh come from the other, it almost made his skin crawl to hear such a submissive sound coming from his brother. Then to make the shock set in further he felt the soft touch on his head, like he use to feel when he was a child.
Sasuke's eyes widened slightly as he watched Itachi walk towards the pond, this wasn't what he expected at all. What was he up too?
His head was screaming with thought, what should be done? A small part deep down urged him run playfully after the older one, but a larger urge kept him on the spot.
The sun beat down on his bare chest, making it seem like he was standing in a sana and of course the glimmering pond looked so refreshing, but how could he just forget about ther person before him and have fun?

Itachi stopped before reaching the pond, surely he wasnt going to go in it with his clothes on. Itachi stood there, gazing out over the pond. Oh the water looked so refreshing, but he didnt come here to have fun, he had a purpose for coming here, and Sasuke would soon find out.
"Well, are you planning to attack? Or are you just going to stand there and turn away? You had your oppertunity, right when I kissed your head. Why did you not push me away? Why didnt you attack me? It's something you want the most in your life. Right?"
Itachi turned around, looking at the face of his brother. He could see the shock across his face. 'What a shame.' Itachi thought. Uchiha's were never to show there expression, yet there he was doing it. But yet Itachi did the same.
"It's a shame, I can see through your face and into your mind."
He spoke. Itachi sharingan had just been activated, when his back was turned.
'Should I do that to him?' he thought. He then declined the image of what happened the last time. He didnt come here to make Sasuke pass out again.
Slowly Itachi walked toward Sasuke, not taking his eyes away from his....
