3. Running. The hardest part of any run is the first step out the door. The hardest mile is usually the first one... You feel less, not more, tired as you warm up. You feel better at the end of most runs than you did at the start... Don't listen to your body at the start and let it dictate what you do. The body is a notorious liar then, looking for an excuse to do nothing. Treat the first mile or two as a gentle warmup and a lie-detector. The body will now tell you which problems are real and which are imaginary.

Yes, it seems true. Running miles seem tough in the begining but gradually decay as you go.

I will definatley attest to the fact that the hardest part is going out the door. That's often the main inhibitor in my running, to be honest sad

Yes that is very very true and I find it hard to do. Especially on the weekends, even though I'm doing practically nothing sweatdrop .

yeah, i HATE that.
I really hate wanting to run, but not being able to because of injury.

Naaa i only fell pain on the last mile, at the very start trying to get to speed.
