The library was filled with books, rows upon rows, and it smelled like history. The entire history of the Fire Nation was contained here. Severl chairs were laid about, and as Crow/The Prince entered with Ju, several fires lit up at once. The Prince settled down on a comfy couch, leaving a space for Ju. "They are certainly very noisy aren't they?"

The Prince smiled. "Niether was I. Law never really interested me. I more concerned with..." He looked her over. "Other matters." He winked.

Renna watched as Crow and Ju entered the heavily guarded National Library. Damn... she thought. I’ll have to come in from the roof. She leapt down onto a rooftop that ran alongside both buildings. The small fortune she’d payed for her boots had been worth it, they made almost no sound at all as she ran headlong across the ridgepole. She moved along the outer wall of the library, a mobile arsenal of throwing blades and anger. She had to climb up a metal lattice to reach one of the high windows. She tugged on the latch to open it. Locked. She looked around for another window that might be open. Damn, this was the only one she’d be able to reach . She looked inside, eyes roaming over the mountains and mountains of books. There they were, sitting on a luxurious couch together. She could see the looks on their faces clearly, even through the dusty glass.
“ Getting comfy, eh?” she hissed. “Not for long.”

The Prince smiled at Ju, bringing her close to him. That was when he heard Ashle's scream. "Renna don't." Just as the sky-light burst into a thousand jagged pieces. He threw himself on top of Ju, knocking them both out of harms way, his pupils shrinking until they became slits, and his nails lengthening into black talons. "So it's come to this." He hissed as his fangs grew out. He licked his lips as he stared at Renna's throat. "Hello again Rennara. So nice you could make it."

Crow jerked up as he caught Ashle's thoughts. The Light will save you from the Darkness. He sought in his heart for the light. Nothing. Great advice Crow thought to himself sardonically. Then he could feel Renna's presence. Renna?

The Prince smiled as the shadows flew up to block the knives. "We'll need to stop those." The shows came up from behind Renna, eveloping his knives. "That's better. Now then," He clicked the black diamond at the top of his cane and drew out a rapier. Only this was different than Crow's. It was as long, but it seemed to absorb the light around it, mixing the shadows with some sort of unknown energy. "Your brother had quite a nice duel with me back in the Earth Nation." The daggers that had been stopped by the shadows went flying off in different directions. "Will you do the same?" He challenged with a laugh.

Crow blinked. How could The Prince use his cane? It was impossible. Only Crow should have been able to use it. But we are the same you and I. The Prince smiled. Even moreso than you may think. What do you mean? I'm nothing like you! Crow shouted. The Prince only laughed and disappeared, leaving Crow to the darkness.
