The Rules
(Yes, the very set that find themselves into EVERY RP) 1. No godmodding/powerplaying. This is defined by us as controlling others' characters, being super powerful/fast all the time, and being unaffected by or dodging every attack. So basically, no auto-hitting, and you have to take at least a few of the attacks aimed at your characters... 'kay? 2. Please don't ignore anyone. There might be a time when someone is doing something really insignificant and there is no point to notice them. If you feel as if you're ignored, first try to make yourself known, and if that isn't working, PM whoever you feel is ignoring you, even if it's everyone. Or you can post in OOC in this thread... I don't mind. 3. Please at least try to be active. There is no penalty for not posting for a certain amont of time, unless you are playing a character original to Tokyo Mew Mew, but it would make the RP much more fun if each person was active 4. Please try to keep cussing to a minimum. It doesn't bother me, but seeing curses 15 times in one post gets pretty annoying after a while. 5. No double posting in character is permitted. There is a little thing called an edit button, after all. Note that I don't mind 2 OOC posts in a row, because they might have two completly seperate topics, or you're pointing something out. 6. OOC is done in ((TEXT)), (TEXT), {Text} [Text], and so on. Please do not have your OOC be in a format such as: OOC: TEXT IC: TEXT It bothers some of the crew members, and it certainly bothers Kira. So... let's not bug her, okay? 7. Tokyo Mew Mew Academy Gaia is a semi-literate plus guild. That means no typing 'lyke dis', or using u for you, r for are, b for be, et cetera. I, personally, would like to see correct grammar (for the most part...), which means using punctuation (periods, question marks, exclaimation points, quotations marks, et cetera), and not using things like 'their' for 'there' or vice versa. I won't get mad if you mess up the grammar, though. Grammar is hard, and I know that. I always have lots of comma splices... 8. Please try to stick to what is going on. So if everyone else is at the cafe, don't be at the mall. Or if everyone is in the alien dimension, don't be in a park near the mall. Get it? Got it? Good. 9. HAVE FUN!!!

The Plot It has been about 2 months since the Mythic Mews appeared on the scene, and about 2 weeks before the Game Maker appeared in the cafe (2 months after TMM RP 4, 2 weeks before the current side RP if that makes it clearer). The cafe has gotten rather quiet lately. The customers are still coming in as much, yes, but the aliens haven't declared an attack in about a week or two. Things seem to be returning to normal, and for some, there is the hope that the aliens are gone forever. However, that is not the case. A girl, appearing about sixteen, appeared at the cafe one day. Not much was noticed about her, except for the two long sections of hair she had coming off the front of her hair. They seemed to just stick out. She came in, like any customer, and stayed until everyone was gone. Afterwards, she still stayed, until one of the mews told her that they were closing up. She looked at the girl and asked that all the girls be gathered to her. She had something very important to tell them. When they gathered, she told them her name was Grace, and that she needed their help. Aliens were attacking her home in America, and she feared the Mews would be the only ones who could help. Now, the Mews must travel to America to aid this girl. While doing so, they will discover new things about themselves, and their powers, the Magiks (just named the other group) will finally collect the pets they have been promised since collecting their new powers, and many of the mews (if not all of them) will gain new powers and/or weapons. (as kira said, just keep them in RP context...you can't start out with the powers, you must earn it much later in the RP.)

Special Characters Grace A girl who appears about 16. She appears human, save for the two long hair pieces that go off the front of her head and stick forward. Her hair is brown, and she wears (in this story) a green shirt with black pants. She has a strange power that shall be revealed later in the story. Tedd A strange boy. He has purple hair, and has a fasination with turning himself into a girl using a small gun he has called the "TF Gun" which is short for "Transformation Gun". He is Grace's boyfriend, and also wears large, circular glasses that, in truth, he doesn't even need to wear. His face is extremely girlish, and his hair is shoulder length. He wears a cyan jacket over a black shirt and brown pants. Elliot A brown haired boy who is friends with Tedd. He is the boyfriend of a girl named Sarah. He studies what is called the "Anime Martials Arts" under his master, Sensei Greg. He is high rank in his class, second only to his ex-girlfriend, Nanase. He has a Black shirt and brown pants in this story. Nanase A red haired girl. Her hair is a little longer then shoulder length. She is a black belt in the "Anime Martial Arts" and also is a spellcaster of sorts. She carries around a large spellbook, appearing to hold millions of spells, though it is said it only contains about four spells in it. In this story, she wears a black jacket with a red tube top and skirt. Ellen Elliot's...erm...sister. The truth of her being is only known to Grace and her friends, who have made up several stories to explain her sudden appearance on many occasions. Truth is, she is a female clone of Elliot. She has a strange power that allows her to zap anyone and turn them into a girl with long hair. Girls hit by this power gain...erm...larger attributes (trying to think of a way to word what they have on the site sweatdrop ) and longer hair. She wears gray shorts and a black tanktop in this storyline. Sarah Elliot's blonde haired girlfriend. Her hair is shoulder length. She is just a normal, everyday human, who happens to be friends with Tedd. She is an artist, and is currently working on a comic about a cat-guy named "Dan Shive". She has been through a lot with her friends, including, but not limited to, fighting an evil goo monster, getting turned into a guy for an entire night during a birthday party, and many other interesting things. Susan A blonde who keeps her hair dyed a dark blue. She has a rather serious attitude and, until recently, hated men. She usually wears a black shirt and pants that are a dark blue-green, with a dark blue jacket that is lighter then her hair, as her hair is near black. Justin A guy who has "orange" hair. He usually wears a shirt with red and orange stripes. Along with a pair of brown pants. He's a great friend of Nanase, and the two hang out all the time. He works at a comic shop, and is also gay. ??? Who he is is unknown, but he seems to lead the aliens in their plan to attack America. What he looks like is unknown, as he is usually seen in a room where only his sillouette can be seen through the difference of the light and dark in the room. Emi screamed. "What the?! America?! You came all the way here to ask for help?!" Emi was quite shocked at Grace's story. She was confused by it as well, as it didn't make sense to her for Grace to have come all the way from America just to get help. "Surely there must have been someone there that could have helped..."
Grace shook her head. "No, unfortunately not. My friends and I have been through a lot altely, and we tried to fight against them ourselves...but we just can't...I haven't gotten my power down yet, and everyone else is human...so they don't have any special powers of any kind...Please! I need your help!"
Emerald sighed. She had no idea what to say to any of this. Lily just stood next to Emi, cuddling her. She really didn't understand what Grace was saying. So, she just kept to herself, being that she was rather shy.

Ringo just giggled "Why did you come here, silly? Ringo thinks your silly!"
Onyx wanted to help. "I for one, is up for this. I'm going with you, Grace!"

((Umm... The mythics already have their pets, just so you know...
Okay... I guess that this plot is... FREE IMPROVEMENTS FOR EVERYONES CHARACTERS! WHEE!!! Soo... I say... each character can get up to 3 improvements, meaning new attacks, weapons, and such. Just remember to get them in RP context))
"Alright." Kira said, "I know that I'll go."
"I will as well." Kiichigo stated blankly, "And that means that Sekkai's going to"
Sekkai blinked. "WHAT? You're not letting me make my own decisions now?"
"You didn't let me..." Kiichigo muttered.
Alex sweatdropped, and said, "I'm in"

(ok, I wasn't sure...I knew the Magiks didn't, but I wasn't sure if anyone else had or not)
Grace smiled. "Thanks. This will mean a lot to all of us."
Emi nodded. "No problem, so, what are we waiting for? Let's go to America."
"How?" Emerald asked, totally killing Emi's mood.
"I...have no idea..." It was then that Emi realized the truth. One arm, meant she had no money. No money meant she couldn't buy an airplane ticket. No airplane ticket meant she couldn't get to America. She hunger her head, not sure what to do.
"I...didn't think of that part..." Grace spoke, a little embarrassed.

"I can't help right now." Alex said, "Crysta won't even be hatched for I don't know how much longer, and even then, she won't be able to transport anyone for at least two weeks after that. And she won't be fast for a while" She patted the large bag at her side, obviously containing her dragon's egg.

Azuki was giggling madly in the Alien's Dimension. It was slightly scary because she was lying on the ground and laughing very hard. Pai was doing some computer stuff, but was obviously annoyed by Azuki's constant giggling. Azuki began to speak.
"Why didn't you think of this earlier? Not only is America more vulnerable to the 'unexplainable slash magic,'" Azuki said doing the little quotation things with her fingers while still lying down on her back, "but they are the leading cause of the destruction of this Earth. Also, they have cool stuff to loot." She held up a shiny (obviously non-valuable) bracelet. "They make stuff look so convincing," the female alien said. She applied a little bit of pressure to it, and it shattered into many pieces.
"Yes," Pai droned. A lame response to everything that Azuki was saying.

"A-me-ri-ca," Leichi said, careful to pronounce every syllable. "Yeah, they're like, the most advanced country in the world, right? It sounds cool there!"
Topaz frowned. "Yeah, but they stole one of Canada's glories. They just HAD to build a mall bigger than the WED."
"W-E-D?" Serori asked.
"West Edmonton Mall," Topaz said in English. "West Edmonton Mall," she repeated in Serori's native tongue (Japanese). She obviously couldn't translate 'Edmonton,' though. "Either way, I would like to go to America."
"Me too!" Retasu chimed in.
"Uh-huh," Shiru said. She just wanted to kick some alien but. Serori nodded in agreement. Retasu, Leichi, and Serori were a bit confused. Topaz was slightly more confused. Shiru couldn't care less about the details.
"But we still have the getting there problem..." Retasu muttered.
((Sooo.... Serori gets her pet in this plot?))

Emi sighed. She had NO idea how to get there. She had no money, and she doubted that anyone else had the money it would take to get all of them there. She sighed, unsure what to do. (ok...this is the only thing I can think of to get them there...so, please bear with me, cause I know it's kind of lame...)
Suddenly, a small portal-like thing appeared in front of everyone. Through it could be seen Tedd and Elliot. "Is it working, Tedd?" Elliot asked.
"I think so..." Tedd spoke. "I can see through it anyway...let me try something." He pulled out a small ray gun. "Well, they're all girls...so I'll need to set it to this instead..." he pushed a couple buttons, then fired the gun at the portal. The beam shot forward, struck the portal, passed through it, and hit Emi. After the blast vanished, Emi looked at herself. "It works..."
"What the hell?!" Emi shouted. She was now...a guy.... She looked up at the portal and ran forward, jumping through it. She smacked Tedd across the face. "What the hell did you do to me?"
"Calm down...I can turn you back, don't worry about it. Looks like the portal works, though." Tedd zapped Emi again, returning her to her girl self again. "Hey!" he shouted to the others. "Come on through!" That moment, grace stood to her feet and ran through the portal, tackling Tedd and giving him a huge hug.

Ringo and Purin just stared. "What just happened?" asked Purin a bit confused.
Onyx's pet Raven, Midnight, flew to her shoulder. Midnight pointed its black beak at the portal and cawed(sp?).
Onyx petted him. "What do you mean Midnight?"

(well, onyx is a mythic, so she's always had hers. The Magiks - the paladins, warlocks, etc - have to earn theirs. Also, you all will get some new skill of some sort sometime in the RP, but it won't be until much later in the RP...so...Kira, probably, will be the one who decides the new Mythic stuff...but, I dunno...you'd have to ask her about that)
Elliot walked through the portal. "My friend, Tedd, managed to open a gateway of sorts to here. Please, hurry up and get through. We can't keep it up forever." He spoke. He turned to look at the portal. "Hey, Tedd! Looks like you did a good job! Not bad for not using Uryuom technology for once!" He walked back through the portal.

"Right," Shiru said. "Because you expect us to trust you immediately."
Topaz examined the portal and circled it two times. "Where does this thing go? Other than to the weirdos on the other side."
Leichi, obviously exciting by this new invention thing, ran through, the in process she accidentally pushed Retasu in with her. Leichi emerged on the other side. "That. Was. COOL."
Retasu stumbled as she was pushed through the portal. She took a second to regain her balance. "Um-" she stuttered.
Serori looked through and walked into the portal. She decided that if they wouldn't send them back, the Mews would get back. Eventually.

((Ooooh! Funishness! So, the mews get to be in the Magik group, or is that the group the special characters are in? And the setting is the cafe, right? Sorry, its just that I've been reading an Agatha Christy book and I'm wayyyyy too tired for more... sweatdrop Oh, I have a loooooooong pointless post....))
"Ehhhhhhh?!" Creme's white hair stood up straight and jagged, anime-shock style. "You're KIDDING me, right? I--" she stopped herself, thinking about her image in front of these people. "I just don't want to leave home again," she put her hands out, coolly(sp?) smiling. "Tch, I mean, once in five months is enough, right?" she stared at her nails, looking snobby, and brushed invisible dust off her waistress shirt. --after that--
"What the...?" she slowly bent her head and walked into the portal.
Zakuro crossed her arms, remembering America once. She would've gone again, hadn't anyone stopped her... In english she sighed and said, "I would be happy to be your tour guide...." she flashed her oh-so famous, amiable model look. "I would go...if everyone else would, too." --and...after...-- She didn't seem to be shocked at all. All she did was walk into the portal, now being quiet.
Sushi ran out from the kitchen, hearing Creme's screaming. "What, what what????!" she panted, shaking off her wet hands. --after-- With a shrug and sigh, she decided that Ryou Shirogane was some perv that had dragged her into a life of normal freaks, and hopped on in.
