Ray’s Adult Appletini
Vodka infused with apples, vanilla and spices, kissed with Dupont Calvados, and served straight up. Garnished with a dried apple slice.
Raspberry Lemon Drop
House infused raspberry vodka, Cointreau and muddled fresh lemons served up with a sugar rim.
Galanga Gimlet
Say it three times fast! Better yet, drink it three times fast. Galanga is a Thai ginger with a spicy, complex flavor. We take an infusion of galanga, lemon grass, and kaffir lime leaves, shake it with fresh lime and sugar, and serve it straight up.
Hot Apple Pie
Apple and spice infused vodka blended with butter and sugar, served hot with a cinnamon stick. A perfect way to end a meal.
The Original Sazerac
It’s not common knowledge, but America’s first cocktail was originally made with brandy. At two, we rinse a glass with Ricard pastis, then mix Maison Surrenne Cognac, Peychaud bitters, and sugar. Finished with a lemon twist.
Guillermo’s “Mexican Caviar”
It’s not really a cocktail, but a lot of care and artistry went into this drink. Cazadores tequila, aged one year in oak right here in the cellar at two. Smoky, rich and complex, its like no tequila you’ve ever had.
Espresso Martini
A new variation on an old favorite. Ketel One vodka, Kahlua, and Godiva White Chocolate liqueur are shaken together with a shot of fresh espresso and marked with foam.
