There is a free anime convention this weekend at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. schedule.html WHAT-THE-HELL?! CON 2007 There will also be a Doctor Who room.

Shoot! I misread the dates. Thought it was next weekend, not this one. Have plans with hubby and younger son this weekend. Going to celebrate an early Valentines with them... they don't know it... shhhh! whee

If it had been NEXT weekend, Lullabee would be happy. That's when her family is coming down from Massachutesetts to look at homes around Chapel Hill. If she ends up down here, we'll have to invite her to the guild, Rhi.

I live literally right down the street from there. It sounds like a really awesome geek-fest. I wish I could go. Unfortunately I work all weekend.

I actually got off early today, so I could go over, but after I walk there, I could only hang out for like an hour before I have to walk back and go to bed, to get up at the ungodly hour of 4 AM. I really do work all day on the weekends, sometimes from 6 AM till 9PM.

I didn't go; I was too busy squeeing at insanely cute baby outfits for a little baby girl born last Valentine's Day. Found her an outfit at the Peaches & Cream outlet that oughta melt her Mom's brain right out of her head with it's cuteness, though. mrgreen

Unfortunatly something came up and I wasnt able to make it either. I had to work this morning and then my parrents wanted to do something this afternoon. Oh well. I'm still going to try to make it to Animazment in Durem in a couple of months.
On the brite side, I went and saw Hannabal Rising last night. It was very intresting to say the least.
