The road was littered with debris. A blood-red sun shone down on the two figures walking towaards the Shadow Nation. The Prince smiled at Ju. "I'm glad you decided to stay with me."

Ju kept close to him, her guard up against any creature that might find its way onto the road. One arm of hers was wrapped around his right, leaning her head on his shoulder.
"Just tell me one item of importance...what is your name?"

The Prince thought for a moment. "I was never truly given a name." He thought for a moment more. "You may call me Atra." He smiled. "It means Dark Love in my language."

"Atra..." Ju whispered, letting the word roll off of her tongue. She smiled, pulling herself closer to him. "my Atra..."

Atra smiled. "The word itself seems to bring on a different quality when it graces your beautiful lips." He then graced his own lips with hers.

Ju returned the kiss, balancing herself on the balls of her feet. She pulled him a little closer, with one hand on his chest.

He looped his hand around to the small of her back, pulling her to him, letting passion run its course.

Ju suddenly felt him very close to her, and looked up. Her eyes had changed to a pale yellow, and she eyed his fangs with an odd jealously.
"Did you truly mean everything you said back there? And yes, I knew there was two of you...." She asks, running a lock of his hair through her pale fingers.

Atra riased one eyebrow. "You did did you?" He smiled. "And just how did you firgure that one out?"

"I read their minds back there to assess several situations. I accidentally dove too deep, and heard you arguing with Crow." She goes to kiss him, but pulls back, teasing. "Crow's vocal cords also strain when you possess him."

Atra smiled. "I'll have to keep that in mind. It's hard for someone to believe you when you tell them that you love them when your voice is strained." He went for a quick kiss on the cheek, but ended up at her lips.

Ju smirked, wrapping her arms around him. She plays with his shirt a little, kissing him back. "You didn't answer my question..."

Atra smiled. "Yes I did. I meant every word of it." He smiled andtwirled her around, dancing among the debris.

Ju spun around with him, holding on as he lead her through several elegant steps. She leaned back when he dipped her, coming back to almost the same position that they started him. Her eyes were now the yellow they usually were when she was in her deamon form.

Atra smiled. "There is no need to hold back here. No one can see us," he kissed her passionately. "And besides, I like it when you get this way."
