♡Love is in Selenierre♡ Year 2199
The Earth has not become an ultra technological world. Everyone still owns cars, still uses mostly natural fibers in clothing and androids have not taken over the Earth. A.I. has become of little importance. Two major occurances have changed the world though: all countries have become monarchies and oil fuels have been replaced by new organic fuels that have been processed from the sugar plants produce.
Due to the discovery of using plant sugars as an organic fuel, further environmental erosion has been eliminated and repaired to give the Earth back it's original vitality before the industrial revolution. Animals that had been on the edge of extinction have made leaping comebacks and are now in well established and flourishing habitats.
In the year 2164 all of Oriental and South East Asia became the country Selenierre under King Tristan KangIn Yi. The countries that made up Oriental and South East Asia are now provinces of Selenierre. In 2159 King Tristan KangIn Yi had first returned Korea to it's monarchial days and united North and South Korea to use their advanced technologies to develop a better, environmentally friendly fuel. During the developments for the fuel, King Tristan KangIn conquered Japan, China, India, Mongolia, Laos, Bietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, and the Phillipines. Many of the other countries's monarchies were being established also at this time while trying to stabilize them. In 2169 at age 27 King Tristan KangIn Yi conquered South America and turned it into a Royal Colony that was to not be more modernized but left to it's natural environment. He helped the people into concentrated cities and parts of the continient and helped others abroad to begin new lives. King Tristan KangIn Yi is hailed over the world as the most honorable and notable of the monarchies of the age.
Leading monarchies are Selenierre, the United Kingdom, America, France, Australia, Italy, and Spain.
In 2182 at age 40, King Tristan KangIn Yi and Queen Alienore MiYae Yi gave birth to daughter Princess Susianna Jaenelle SookJinYi . Queen Alienore died after giving birth to their royal daughter and King Tristan loved his Queen dearly and did not remarry making Princess Susianna heiress to the throne..
Princess Susianna is now to turn 17 years of age. King Tristan wants most for her to have a love that her mother and he had themselves shared so deeply and to atleast be open so that love can come to her. In her honor, King Tristan has decided to celebrate her birthday in a more elaborate fashion than he has than before. There is to a month long celebration where all the Royal Princes and nobility are invited to celebrate the Princess's birthday, become her suitors to become Prince Consort, and make her fall in love with them. Information/Rules The setting is a future that is our present with modifications. This means there are cities and metropolises, rural and suburban areas. Clothes of our day apply here and styles from the past apply also. The Palace is in a pentagonal shape (but with one side missing) with each meeting corner being a circular shape. There are 5 floors. The first is where many of the common rooms are located, the diner, the ballroom, etc. The second and third floor is for guests. The fourth floor is for the Royals only and specially invited guests and the fifth floor is really the roof but it is called a floor since the circular designs create rooms on the roof. There is a pool in the center of the palace where it is closed off on four sides by the shape of the palace. In the middle is a vast flower garden surrounded by a maze garden raised with paths leading out of the garden by diving the pool. There are rolling hillsides and meadows to either side and in front of the palace while behind the palace a ways off are the woods for hunting and such. This is a ROMANCE and DRAMA rp. There may be action scenes like duels and such and there will also be such entertainment during the celebration. For storyline purposes here is a list of suggestions for character types. Characters should be around 17 to 23 years of age. (how many I would take and ranking is in descending order): Guys: Princes (the more the merrier) Dukes (6) Marquis (4) Earl (2) Girls: Princesses (3) Duchesses (3) Marchioness (3) Countesses (2) No godmodding. No lemon. Making out is fine, slight suggestiveness and inuendo is fine also. No raunchiness. No rape. No killing unless it is for the story like someone tries to kidnap a girl and the guy therefore attacks and kills to save the girl. >///<'' No magicness or other races things. Just HUMANS. Quotes when speaking. Plain for action. Italicized for thoughts. (()), {{}}, [[]], |||| for OOC. NO **** unless it's in OOC and it's just joking around and for actions >~< The Celebration will have different events and entertainments but also periods of time inbetween that will allow characters to mingle and meet and romance. For the sake of making this simple, here are some guidelines of character interactions: After initial greet with a character, specify if they are to be formal or informal with you, if you don't specify it is formal. i.e.- "Call me Susi." Please don't bow or curtsy EVERY TIME you greet or leave. Do it when it pleases you or your character. Overall, just keep this in mind: this is a MODERN monarchy so allow the modern informalities. ^-^ Characters do not have to be constrictingly proper. They are teens for the most part and should be rebellious. Profiles: Once you have posted your bios please start rping, you do not have to wait for meh.
Also, please pick a color that will be your character in the rp and check the profiles first so you do not have the same color as another.

Appearance: Susianna usually wears a one piece dress that just above the top of her knees, usually an empire waist where the underskirt is silk and the overskirt a chiffon so that it slides over her curves accentuating it. Most times they are straps that are quite creative or just strapless. Under the dress she usually wears some kind of dance one piece that is a stringy strap and comes down to about mid thigh as shorts. She's quite girly and has many dresses but she always where's a one piece body suit like clothing so she can dance or spar or just move freely in without worrying. When she's out on the street she dresses fashionably though it is a more creative and wild fashion; very color, very imaginative. When she's just being lazy she'll usually wear baggy pants, either cargo or jeans, and coordinate cute tight tank tops with thin hoody sweaters, zipper sweaters on top and then a cute long or short jacket on top. Whe loves to go clubbing and then she goes all out with her own clothes that she makes to be revealing and still have fun. She usually wears wigs to clubs so she's not recognized and her father allows it because he dotes upon her.
Age: 17
Personality: Susianna is self reliant and intelligent; head strong and independent. She is kind to her subjects and the most loyal friend to have. Impulsive at times and a fiery temper that is legendary among her subjects. On the outside she is very regal, independent and composed but inside she has many insecurities, fears and apprehension of her capabilities to rule so vast a country.
History: Being the Heiress to Selenierre and knowing one day she will be Queen, Princess Susianna studied very hard, listening to her father's advisors and to her subjects to know what they thought about her father's ruling, their needs, and what they expected of her. She is cultured, intelligent and artistic and beloved by her country. She loves her father very much and strives to please him for she knows he becomes very lonely. She is accomplished in swordsmanship, fencing, archery and fighting with her bare hands and a staff. She is exceptional on the piano but loves to dance and sing the most. Her voice has a range of 7 octaves and she dances jazz, ballet, and hip hop as well as traditional dances from all of her provinces of Selenierre. She loves books and reads in her spare time. Appearance: Alrianne has long blonde hair that is kept up in fancy buns with weird trinkets hanging from it every now and then, her eyes are a light blue with a yellow ring around the pupil. She's always been more of a dress and gown kind of girl, opposite of a tomboy, she loves wearing frilly dresses and durring big evens she goes all out. But durring a normal day she'll wear something like a sundress.
Age: 18
Personality: Alrianne can be quite the girly girl, sqealing when frightened or excited. She's rather out going, and enjoys meeting other people. Although even though she pretends she could handle it, she's rather glad she has an older brother to take things over when her parents die, she could never do it herself. She doesn't know how her cousin Susianna does it.
History: Alrianne's Father is the younger brother the King Tristan KangIn, so obviously he never gained heirship, but he became a proud ruler of the Providence of Japan, where his people find him to be a sturdy leader, and know that he can be very generous in times of need. Alrianne used to visit her uncle Tristan's a lot with her father, and so she came to know her most favorite cousin Susianna. They became the best of friends, and Alrianne enjoys spending her time with her cousin. And when they are appart she sends her letters about her week, and how excited she is about meeting again. Now she is even more thrilled about the event that has come, and most of her letters are filled with "What did you plan to wear? Who do you think you'll choose? Do I get to join in on the fun?..."

Alrianne walked along side of her father proudly. She had her head lifted in pride, and was wearing a long white dress with blue embroidery. She was all done up even though, this was just the outfit she'd be wearing to greet her cousin. At the thought of seeing her most favorite cousin, her insides squirmed. She just couldn't wait to see her, although she was pretty sure the girl was busy with her maids or something, but everyone had time to see their best friend, or so she concidered herself to be. Alrianne greeted the man whom held the door open, with a nod. Upon entering the palace, they were greeted by her Uncle, who shook her father's hand, and then her father took him into a brotherly embrassed.
"My neice, 17 I can hardly believe it my brother, why it seems just yesterday the girls were playing with dolls." He sighed lightly and then continued. "Miavian couldn't visit today with us, she'll be comming tommorrow perhaps. She didn't feel well leaving the boys in charge for more than a day. Going over a few more rules of course." He smiled lightly and then her glanced over at his daughter who was rolling her eyes. "Oh Alrianne, alright..." He looked at his brother once more. "Is Susianna too busy for a greeting from her cousin?"
Alrianne nudge her father slightly, but you could see the anticipation on her face. "I'll go and see my room first. I can find her on my own if it's okay with you uncle..." She curtsied politely, and then posed a question. "Will I be in the same room as always?"

King Tristen laughed in his deep baritone voice. "We wouldn't dare to give that room to anyone else." Speaking to his brother in a slightly lowered voice but loud enough to hear, "We wouldn't want to hear THAT tantrum shake the palace down to crumbles." He laughed his eyes glittering as she glared at him. "You should hurry along before Susi bites of the heads of all the maids and we can't hire maids anymore."
Meanwhile, Susi was just about to blow each of the maids's heads off. She absolutely HATED when her father decreed she'd be pampered and wouldn't let her make herself up. She did it perfectly fine, it looked better when she did it in fact. She glared at the maids giving her pedicures and manicures and tried to keep herself from jumping up and bellowing fire like a she dragon.

Indeed Alrianne glared at her uncle, but then she smiled as she knew it was all in good fun, and she hurried up the stairs and to the fourth floor, past the room where she normally stayed and looked at the door that was her cousin's room. She paused for a moment took a deep breath and then burst into the room. "SUSI MY DEAREST COUSIN! How are you?!" She then hurried in and begin to ask many questions taking away things from the maids. "No, no, she needs more blush here! How could you use that color on her toes? Out, out you go!" She shooed away each of the maids and closed the door letting out a loud "Phew!" She then looked over her cousin and just giggled. She knew that if she hadn't walked in that do a moment sooner that those maids would have much more to worry about than Alrianne walking in. Soon she burst with questions bubbling with joy. "It's been forever cousin! Did you get my letters? Have you met anyone interesting? Were there any cute royals for me on the way? Did you chose what you're going to wear? Don't tell me it's not a dress, it better be a dress, I want to see you in a gorgeous dress. Oh, oh!..." She was ready to continue with questions but she had to catch her breath.

Susi took a deep breath and glomped her cousin. "Oh Ria I've missed you much! What would I do without you?" Susi had been gone the past couple of months to meet the royals of other nations and their culture and country. She loved going and meeting them and learning but she hated how it took her away from her beloved cousin. "Yes, I got your letters and devoured each and every one of them. I haven't met anyone interesting at all, I was too busy studying and learning. Cute royals? A couple, but you know I don't pay much attention to them. I did choose what I was going to wear tonight and I would not disappoint you by not wearing a dress." Susi twirled Ria assessing her. "Hmm, isn't this quite simple for your tastes? I'm sure you're not wearing this for tonight right? There's no frills and ruffles!" She laughed grinning. "Oh Ria! I love you so much! We must spend the rest of the day in fun and running away from all those maids. I'm surprised they aren't a bloody mess and the palace is on fire. Undoubtedly because you came in when you did. You've saved the Kingdom from my temper once again."

"I know you don't pay much attentions to the cute royals, but you could for me atleast." She giggled softed as she was glomped, and then she she finished the twirl for her cousin as she examined. "Oh no this certainly isn't what I'm wearing all day, I have plenty of dresses for the occasions today... Oh you must see my gown that I'll be putting on next, it's a deep red with gold embroidery, and oh the bottom poofs out and it has gold lace on the bottom, but then again it's horrid to wear that one for too long because it's hard to move in. But then there's my next outfit that will be a sky but I think that ones more fitting for night time but then my night dress is gorgeous, you should see that one it's made of silk and lace and it has so much intricate design to it, I could describe it but it's best to see it, oh and I have my lunch dress. Which is stain resistant, it's wonderful for when I'm having an idiotic event and I start to drop stuff..." She then paused for a moment. "Oh, but you must show me what you're wearing, because I do wish to see it, and you're right the maid probably would be much worse off if I hadn't saved your kingdom!... I should have a metal, but it can't be a big gawdy one because it wouldn't fit with my dresses and I could never wear it, and then what's the point of wearing a metal, or even having one for that matter?" Alrianne took a deep breath, oh how talkative she is when there is so much to talk about, after all this was her cousin, and her favorite one at that. She couldn't stand the long time between them, and she just had so much to say about the events that had happend, of course she'd never really get to those events because she's too busy blabbing on and on about what her dresses look like. Aside from Susi, her dresses kind of were concidered her friends.

Susi laughed hugging Ria. She walked towards the gowns closets and showed her the row of dresses for the night. "I hate tonight. I'm making seven dress changes. SEVEN!" Susi sighed letting Ria pour over the dresses. "Hmmmm I don't know about any of the cute royals really. None of them caught my eye so I bet they aren't that cute....So after you've taken in all those dresses what shall we do? We could go find a medal for you if you'd like." Susi took off her camise and putting a cute pink bra slipped into a wine red dance bodysuit and wore a deep purple short dress on top. She really wanted to dance and just not think about tonight. She hated being made a spectacle of even though as Crown Princess she would always be a spectacle, she hated when her father went out of his way to make her the center of attention. She walked towards her balcony and opening the long French doors stepped out onto it and looked up at the sky. There was a slight sprinkling of snow coming down and she hoped it would just fall heavily. She turned back to Ria seeing her come out. "So, what would you like to do Ria? How about a jump in the pool? There's a little bit of snow falling. We could be snow fairies"

Alrianne gawked at the dresses reaching out and examining each. "You think seven is bad?" Alrianne laughed softly from within the closet, she'd always picked out atleast 7 dresses every day to wear, unless she was sick or too lazy. But Alrianne slowly came out of the closet, and come to the realization that her cousin wasn't feeling very pleased. She walked over to her slowly and then smiled lightly. "We could do that, although catching a cold might not be fun..." She rested her hand on her cousins shoulder. "You know... We could sneak out and take a walk on the town?" As much as Alrianne loved dressing up, and being the center of attention, letting people pamper her, she knew that her cousin didn't, and perhaps she could distract her for a couple of hours until she absolutely had to be in the spot light. After all amung the dozen of dresses that Alrianne brought with her, there was sure to be a simple street appropriate dress for her to blend in with.

Susi smiled and glomped her. "That would be wonderful. Do you want to borrow something? You probably only brought your extravagant outfits right? We should be secertive and inconspicuous. Oh..Where should we go first? Shopping? Ice cream? We could look for some cute boys? You always love that." Susi smiled in Ria's eyes. "You're the best. Then again you are THE RIA." She laughed. She needed to get out so much. There was nothing wrong with her life, she embraced it with joy. She just felt suffocated by it at times. She didn't mind the responsibility or the work, just the grand extent of luxury. She did like her nice, high ceiling room and the palace but she just didn't like pampering. Maybe it was because she'd always played with her dad and the pampering then had taken time away from her play time. She'd run from it then and still ran from it now. Of course she learned how to make herself up instead so she didn't need others to do it too.

Alrianne fanned herself taking in the compliments from her cousin, about being the best. She then laughed lightly. "Hrm... If I get to pretty you up, you can dull me down for a walk in the streets." She grinned lightly. "Ooo... Boys? That IS always fun... Mm, though they wouldn't be royals, a little fling is always wanted..." She giggled lightly, and looked into the cousin's eyes playfully, after all her father would have died before a commoner dated his daughter, but that didn't mean she hadn't already dated a few. Alrianne was a free heart, always looking for some one to make her happy, as happy as seeing her cousin, or dressing up made her.
((Yeah we doo... I'd make an extra char, but I'm going through some emotional problems for some reason, and I'm having a hard enough time keeping up with the rps as is.))
