Face Recommendations:
Remede Daily Lotion
--- This stuff costs a fortune (like $100) but it is very very good for your skin and loaded with botanicals

For Acne:
--- Wrinkle creams with a witchhazel base to them. These wrinkle creams are designed to help get redness out etc. and the witchhazel is astringent so it is very helpful to have everything together. Less chance of major dryouts etc.

For Hair:
Paves Shampoo and Conditioner.
--- Best bang for your buck no question. Once again loaded with botanicals but much more affordable than fancy shampoos. This stuff is available at Walgreens stores now but I am not sure about any other chain. Each drugstore appears to be picking up different salon inspired product lines. It is only $4 or so, but I recommend using a fair amount on the ends if you have long or colored hair, and stick to a lighter conditioner on top towards the root structure

Castile soap, in any form, from any company provided it's pure castile. ^_^ Cleansing without upsetting the natural pH balance of the skin.

*contemplates* Hm... I like Aussie products. They're regular shampoos and conditioners and styling products, but they're also fairly easy on the hair, and use a good number of botanicals.

oh I love beautiful soaps. My mother has no sense of smell and cannot see the differences between them but I love beautiful natural soaps. so relaxing!

Oh, me too. There's a farmer's market each summer in my town, and one nice lady there makes soaps. My favorite is called "Energize" or something similar, and it's citrusy and spicy, but also has oatmeal and almond milk, so it's very gentle and awakening. I love it!
