Elec walked into the control room. She had a case of CD's each marked with different senerios. She shuffled through the case and picked out one. On the CD was written Dahaka. She put it into the main computer and walked into the training room. The place was now like a city from Pardwyn, the back city with narrow passages and many levels to the homes. There were many obstacles in the way of walking through these streets. Elec was now in a small Dark alley. Behind her light shown, there was escape.

Suddenly the world turned black and white. The light faded and the Dahaka rounded the corner. It shot its tentacles out. Elec turned and ran as fast as she could. She jumped over some broken posts and wood. The Dahaka was right behind her. The pile explaoded outwards as the Dahaka rammed through it. Elec ran forward coming to a dead end. The Dahaka was close behind and she could hear her heart beating. She qiukly searched the street, above her was a small ledge leading to a wooden cover. She jumped and grabbed onto the ledge form there jumping to the wooden cover. The Dahaka burst into the building itself, so it would come out from the wall behind her. She ran the length of the cover and as she reached the end the wall Explaoded outward. The Dahaka's tenticlas spreading outwards. She wall ran to another wooden cover and then jumped to the other side onto a low roof top.

The Dahaka stood on the other side and with a blink it was gone. She knew it was only a training program but the beast still shook her heart. She also knew it would not be gone for long. She continued the length of the roof top and jumped to another. She caught a glimps of a way out of the backstreets, and a way to kill the Dahaka.

This glimps didn't last long a roar echoed through the streets. Elec took to a ledge on the building accross from her and slowly crept along it. She was now on anoother small cover. Close behind the wall on the ledge burst open and the Dahaka peered out. It roared and walked towards her from the inside of the building. Elec wall ran across the building, the Dahaka's tenticles reaching out from small drainage holes. Elec used the sword to slow time around her, the tenticles could not touch her if she was faster. The effect did not last long, the Dahaka also controls time and ended it not longer after Elec had started it, but it was too late Elec had already made it to the banner. She used the sword to fall down it and then flipped back onto the streets below.

She ran down the narrow path jumping and dodging what obstacles lay in the way. The Dahaka was close behind the blackness eminating from it was almost upon her. She burst out of the darkness of the backstreets adn into the light outside. Here was a river, just what she needed. The Dahaka still chasing her did not care where it was it only knew Elec had to be removed from time. Elec drew the sword of time from its hilt and stood her ground, blocking the Dahakas tentacles. The beast went in for a strike to wich Elec parried towards the river. When close enough the next time the beast struck she dodged to the right and rolled behind it. When she stood up she thrust the sword into the beast as it spun around. It let out a loud unhuman roar. Elec jumped and kicked the beasts chest as it let out tentacles to kill her. The beast fell backwards as the sword came out, a trail of sand and blackness falling form the sword. The Dahaka fell into the river and melted away.

The room slowly faded away back to the white room it normally was and Elec brushed herslef off. She went back to her room to cool down and change.

Computer, we already reached 1/10 over the speed of the saw. Please rate my punching speed again.

Now that is better. Now, for my last makiwara: computer, seal shut this room. Acess only by GIT superiors. Prepare DAKRNRGY simulation. If anything happens and physical threat or energy leak risk from this simulation, turn it off imediatelly, alright?

Alright. Activate room wall density: lead, wall expessure: one metter.
*The room becomes dark as lead from inside*

Here goes nothing: activate DARKNRGY cannons!

*Fours cannons apears floating in mid-air. They start to emmit DARKNRGY rays against Hero's body. He takes it all, but tensions his whole body to resist the energy. In this training, he is seeking to increase his body resistance against this energy, by taking constant emissions of DARKNRGY to slowly fortify his body.

The energy hurts him but he stands. Half hour later, the cannons stop. He rest for an hour, eating and drinking. After that, the cannons start to fire again, and he goes back to train again. He keeps this rhythm for the whole time...*

*The cannons shut down as the break time has reached. Hero, however, after 3 days of constant DARKNRGY exposion, falls on his knees, exausted.

He breathes with difficulty and his body currently posess a sinister aura.*

Now... I just... have to... *takes a deep breath* SHUT DOWN DIGITAL ROOM!

*The computer executes, and the true walls can be seen as everything elses dissapear. The lead walls, the cannons... even the fake DARKNRGY inside Hero's body. And this particularly have serious side-effects: now Hero falls much weakened, since all the space occupied with DARKNRGY on his body now lies suddenly empty. Hero falls on the floor for an unknow time.

Much later, Hero awakens. His whole body is in pain, and not all his strenght is recovered, but he can walk now. And he leaves the room, to only much later, when his energies are fully recovered, he can make good use of his body fortification training...*
