I guess I'll go first.
Video Game: Tales of Symphonia
Anime Series: Yu-Gi-Oh or Naruto
Manga Series: (same as above answer)
Characters: And the infinite list begins... I'll just name a few. From Yu-Gi-Oh: Seto Kaiba, Marik Ishtar/Yami Marik, Bakura, Dartz. Naruto (the lonest one yet): Itachi, Kisame, Deidara, Sasori, Zetsu, Toby, Hidan, Kakuzu, and the Akatsuki leader (whoever he/she is). And now that the Akatsuki's out of the way, on to the other characters. Zabuza, Haku, the Demon Brothers, Gaara, Temari, Neji, Sasuke, Shino, Shikamaru, Kakashi, Asuma, Ibiki, Orochimaru, Kabuto, Dosu, the first, second, and fourth Hokages (not so much the third), and the Kyuubi (not Naruto, just the demon inside him). I think that's it. Let me know if I forgot someone. The characters from any other series aren't really significant enough, except Sessomaru and Naraku from InuYasha.
Pairings: I'm not a big fan of pairings. Usually I just tolerate them... Here's a list of the few I do like: Naruto/Hinata (Naruto), InuYasha/Kagome (InuYasha), Miroku/Sango (InuYasha), Roy/Riza (Fullmetal Alchemist), Daisuke/Riku (DNAngel), Sakura/Sayouran [not sure how to spell it] (Cardcaptor Sakura), and... I think that's it. Just those six.
Opening/Ending/Sequence Themes: Haruka Kanata [sp?] one of the Naruto themes. I think it's played during different seasons in the American and Japanese versions, despite the fact that the song is in Japanese.
Seiyuu/Voice Actors: I don't really have a favorite, though if I had to choose it would be Eric Stuart or Dan Green just because I keep hearing their voices everywhere.
Weapon: Zabuza's sword. twisted Or just one of the shinobi.
Game System: PS2
Licensing Company: Viz, because it has all my favorites.

ill just try my top 3 favorites, if i can narrow it down enough for some categories...
Video Game: Final Fantasy (all of them xp ), Radiata Stories, Shadow of the Colossi
Anime Series: Gravitation, Sukisho, and i cant narrow it down anymore than that cuz there are too many others emo
Manga Series: Yami no Matsuei, Only the Ring Finger Knows, Death Note, Our Kingdom and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than that
Characters: Suzu (Peacemaker), Kurikara (Yami no Matsuei), Byakko (Yami no Matsuei), Nekozawa (Ouran)... wait, that's four already... damnit!
Pairings: TsuSoka (Yami no Matsuei)... MY OTP!!!! heart heart heart EiriShu, SoraNao, YuiTaru, and a LOT more than all this 3nodding definitely the main pairing in pretty much all the series i've mentioned thus far, but then so many more i laugh.
Opening/Ending/Sequence Themes: Death Note opening, Gravitation opening, that part in ep 2 of Gravi where Ryuichi sings Sleeping Beauty (only time i like that song XD), Shining from Gravi, the Loveless opening sequence... and way too many more....
Seiyuu/Voice Actors: Seki Tomokazu, Hoshi Souichiro, ummm... there ARE others (with the japanese ones i can never remember what is whose first name and last name, so i kinda just put it in whichever order i feel like it at the time XD)
Weapon: uh... i cant think of just one or two! weapons are so cool!

Yakkou and Gekkou are like... the best EVER! Nobody likes YGO-R, NOBODY. I applaud you more then I did before for liking it, my friend. Gakuen Heaven is so fun - I prefer the anime (for once). Albel is like.... my demi-God. And yes, 4Kids is defecit at life... they just sorta are.

Yu-Gi-Oh! R ... There is a Yu-Gi-Oh series that I don't know about?! scream I have to find a way to see that sometime. Oh, and Eric Stuart is also James from Pokemon. I love those two voice actors, and listening to all of those characters you mentioned who have their voices.
We seem to have a lot in common... You should watch Naruto. You would love nearly every character, and I'm sure you could come up with some pretty random pairings for that. sweatdrop
