I'd say it was JD's baby but she decided for some reason they just weren't right for each other maybe? I dunno. But I loved the episode, so terribly cute with Dr. Cox having a girl. It was an outloud "AWW!" and brush-away-a-tear moment for me.

I love how much love LOVE we are seeing between Perry and Jordan. This will definatly bring them closer together. But yes I still don't understand what was up with Kim. She lied because she wants to stay and doesn't want J.D.?

Yeah I know, like when Dr. Cox was saying "I love you" to Jordan before she went into surgery, I had a little tear in my eye. So nice.
But I did a bit of....research you could call it and my best bet is that Kim wanted to break of with JD.
