Fun fact: Drew was an original part of Dumbrella, until he had a dispute with RStevens of Diesel Sweeties over selling out. He talks very poor of him, and RStevens pretends he doesn't know what you're talking about if you bring it up.
The funny part is that toothpastefordinner.com may in fact be one of the most popular webcomics under the old school gaming genre, simply for the fact that he has a huge upper hand with google image searches and blog/myspace/forum posts reusing his material. Everyone everywhere is bound to run into his stuff sooner or later.
No one really brings up TPFD in webcomic circles, which is a shame because he's a genius -- but he may have ascended the whole scene completely anyway.
