This class will prepare you for your challenges as a ninja so you learn exactly how to use your chakra. It will make you an overall much more powerful ninja as great chakra ability is needed. This class will begin when the Chakra 101 Class is finished. Once it is, all students who wish to join will show up to be taught.

The Two Ways To Form Chakra
Chakra is possible to formed in two ways. The first is shape manipluation. Usually, shape manipulation deals with normal chakra or more simply put non elemental chakra. This involves a great deal of chakra control and great concentration. Depending on how much the jutsu is conpressed, the harder it becomes to control. Shape control may also involve movement of the technique in a specific way. The basic explanation of this control, is controlling large amounts of chakra in anyway possible, compressing it down and hardening it. An example of a jutsu using this type of formation is the Rasengan. Rasengan takes shape control to its limits. Normal chakra must be perfectly compressed into a sphere to work and must spin at all movements. Concentration of that magintude is difficult.
The second is elemental manipulation. Elemental manipulation always involves the use of placing elemental chakra into a jutsu, most jutsu uses this principal of chakra formation. This involves slightly less concentration than shape control, mostly because of the slightly less amount of control needed. The amounts of chakra used in these jutsus are relatively small if brought into a small hand attack, but can range depending on jutsu strength. The basic explanation of this control, is launching elemental chakra into a pure almost uncontrollable form, which is why it is usually accompanied with small traces of shape control. An example of a jutsu using this type of control is Chidori or Raikiri. Both use elemental control purely to attack the opponent. Even so, its formation is not as difficult as the Rasengan is. Combining both is common, but usually one is dominant over the other. Most jutsu are a combination. Among them are Katon:Gokukya No Jutsu(Fire Release: Grand Fireball) or Wind Blade. Each one does not simply allow chakra to flow freely exhibiting the sign of shape control. The ultimate jutsu is made if both are combined to the greatest extent, an example being Futon:Rasengan. This jutsu works exactly like the Rasengan except a great amount of wind chakra is pumped into it to increase its strength. A crucial part of using jutsu correctly is using the right amount of chakra so that the jutsu does not go haywire in some way, you also don't want to waste chakra. To little and the jutsu is performed incorrectly. Too much and the jutsu wastes chakra.

Every person has a dominant elements. Usually a person has one element, but sometimes two, By combining elements different types of jutsu may be made. Like, water and wind combined equals ice or water and fire equals steam.
Your special types can be told by a special card known as a chakra slip. By conducting your chakra into it, it will respond in certain ways depending on what elements are inside. It will peform two if you have two elements. For fire it shall burn, for wind it shall slice in half, for lightning it shall crumple, for earth it shall change into dust, for water it shall become moist. These chakra can be controlled by manipulating your chakra in certain ways. The movement of your chakra stream effects how your chakra is released. To release fire, your stream must be quick, and massing around contorting into shapes as it circulates. For wind, your chakra has to become a thin slicing motion. For lightning, your chakra must accelerate and become jagged. For earth, it must be a calm but even stream with indefinite but round movements. For water, the movement in your chakra must be uniform and flowing throughout your body.
Special Jutsu
There are special jutsu available that aren't simply nin, gen or tai. Juin jutsu ("Cursed Seal Techniques") are jutsu that use a special 'cursed seal' to put someone under the control of the user or elicit an unnatural effect in the one they are placed on. These are outlawed in the village and are rarely seen. They give off cursed chakra which can be deadly to the user.
A kekkei genkai kekkei genkai literally "blood inheritance limit" or "[an ability] limited to blood inheritance", also called a "bloodline limit", "advanced bloodline", or "bloodline trait") is any property passed down genetically through a specific clan that cannot be imitated or duplicated by any normal method, although it might be possible to copy it using genetic manipulation or organ transplantation.. Kekkei genkai are often beneficial, and are employed commonly by shinobi to improve their chances in battle or other challenging situations.
Sealing jutsu ( Fūin jutsu) are techniques that 'seal' things into another object.
Some special ninjutsu include: Hokage-Style Sixty-year-old Technique: Enclosed Hermitage Return to Society and Chakra Absorption Technique
When Hokage-Style Sixty-year-old Technique: Enclosed Hermitage Return to Society is performed, this jutsu causes a seal (座, "seat") to appear on the user's hand. The user uses this to keep a tailed beast's power in check so long as the beast's chakra has not begun to leak out. In more extreme cases, he touches the seal mark to someone "possessed" by a tailed beast and a stream of chakra connects them, forcing the beast's chakra to recede. In both forms, an open structure of wooden columns grows around the target. Alternatively, several wooden dragons will burst from the ground and devour the chakra of the tailed beast, achieving the same result.
Chakra Absorption Technique allows the user to absorb the physical and spiritual energy of an opponent. The user doesn't have to actually touch the opponent, since it is also possible to use it through other media, as possible with 'Earth Release Barrier: Dungeon Chamber of Nothingness'. The only necessary condition is some medium through which chakra can be channeled.
