Gaia TOS rules

Follow the Gaia TOS rules. I will not tolerate anything covered in the above link. If I so much as catch anyone breaking the Gaia TOS rules you will be automatically banned without question. Just for reinforcement those rules are as follows.

* Everything inside the GGN must comply with Gaia's TOS.
Things such as cyber, abuse, racial slurs, hentai, porn, etc.. that are disallowed by Gaia's TOS are not allowed in the GGN just as they're not allowed in the rest of Gaia's forums.

* Report things to Guild Crew and Captains first
In the GGN, the guild Captain and their crew are charged with keeping order in their guild. Most violations should be reported to and dealt with by them. Moderators are usually only needed in the case of Captains or Crew not acting to keep guild members in line or being the ones who are breaking the rules themselves.

* Spamming GGN Advertising or Invitations is not allowed
At the moment, the only acceptable ways to advertise a GGN guild is either by placing a link in your signature, or posting in the chatterbox forum. Or if you really want to, you could buy a user ad to be displayed on the main forum page. Other methods may become available in the future. Sending invitations to users you meet or know of in the forums is fine, but massively spamming random Gaians you don't know with numerous guild invitations should be avoided.

that s only a slice of the rules. It's simple, if you question whether or not something is allowed just don't do it, or pm one of the crew members and if they are unsure they will report to me. Also side note for crew members, if you are unsure of something report to me immediately. Also on top of the Gaia rules, the guild has it's own set of .

**Rules (subject to change)**

-Respect your fellow guild members. It will look bad on your reputation in this guild if you are rude to the other members who are here to have fun. Our goal in this guild is to create a place that is safe and member-friendly.

-The punishment for breaking the rules will be decided by the crew and I(subject to change to a possible rule enforcement committee). If you have a problem with the punishment given to you, you have the right to bring an appeal to the appeals committee or rule enforcement committee in the appeals subforum (coming soon).

-Temporary bans will be lifted after the ban expires. Permanent bans will not be lifted...ever. Permanent bans are not to be questioned.

-If you receive a punishment, you will recieve a pm from me giving you your punishment. At this time you may choose to appeal or accept the punishment.

-If you would like a subforum created you must provide the 2.5k. This fee will be waived if you have a strong enough argument.

-From the time you are accepted into the guild you have 2 weeks to make a post. During this time if you do not post you will be botted from the guild. Activity level here is dwindling and those that add to inactivity are not needed here.

-No complaining about how the guild works if you don't want to put the time in to be active and give ideas how to change things.

I think that about sums it up. I'm sure my crew has their own things they would like to say and I'm sure they'll pick up on something I forgot. Also as of right now the mods are me (captain), Saphearia (vice captain), and Aurelia Cane (crew). What we say is law, but if something is flawed, you as members of the guild have the right to question it. As long as you all follow the rules there should not be any problems.

What about the rule that people should make a certain number of posts within 2 weeks of being accepted or else you will ban them?

In my guild, I give them 2 weeks to make only 5 posts, if their too lazy to do that, then they get the steel toe boot in the butt! lol.

Just thought you might want to add that.

I agree with that suggestion. So now if your post count doesn't go up by five then you are going to be kicked out of the guild. I don't care if you had donated, or if you are in a sponsored guild. If your post count doesn't go up by at least five by October 13th then you are out of this guild. Inactivity will no longer be tolerated. Get into some role play, start your own or join one already started. The Main RP is going to be restarted and have a name change. So if you wish to join it then feel free. The more people the better in each RP.
