Somewhere beyond hapiness and sadness
I need to calculate what creates my own madness
And I'm addicted to your punishments
And I'm your master, and I am craving this disaster
I feel irrational, so confrontational
To tell the truth I am getting away with murder
It is impossible to never tell the truth
But the reality is I'm getting away with murder

Fred and George: He was a big supporter of You-Know-Who. - And when You-Know-Who disappeared, - Lucius Malfoy came back saying he'd never meant any of it. Load of dung - Dad reckons he was right in You-Know-Who's inner circle.
Chamber of Secrets: The man who followed could only be Draco's father. He had the same pale, pointed face and identical cold, grey eyes. Mr. Malfoy crossed the shop, looking lazily at the items on display, and rang a bell on the counter before turning to his son and saying, "Touch nothing, Draco."
Mr. Borgin: Good day yourself, Mister Malfoy, and if the stories are true, you haven't sold me half of what's hidden in you manor...
Voldemort: "Lucius, my slippery friend," he whispered, halting before him. "I am told that you have not renounced the old ways, though to the world you present a respectable face. You are still ready to take the lead in a spot of Muggle-torture, I believe? Yet you never tried to find me, Lucius... Your exploits at the Quidditch World Cup were fun, I daresay... but might not your energies have been better directed toward finding and aiding your master?"

"You are not in a position to bargain, Potter; You see, there are ten of us and only one of you ... or hasn't Dumbledore ever taught you how to count?"

Hagrid: There's not a single witch or wizard who went bad who wasn't in Slytherin. You-Know-Who was one.
Dumbledore: He disappeared after leaving the school ... traveled far and wide ... sank so deeply into the Dark Arts, consorted with the very worst of our kind, underwent so many dangerous, magical transformations, that when he resurfaced as Lord Voldemort, he was barely recognizable.
Sirius: Imagine that Voldemort's powerful now. You don't know who his supporters are, you don't know who's working for him and who isn't; you know he can control people so that they do terrible things without being able stop themselves. You're scared for yourself, and your family, and your friends. Every week, news comes of more deaths, more disappearances, more torturing ... The Ministry of Magic's in disarray, they don't know what to do, they're trying to keep everything hidden from the Muggles, but meanwhile, Muggles are dying too. Terror everywhere ... panic ... confusion ... that's how it used to be.
Snape: It is true, however, that those who have mastered Legilimency are able, under certain conditions, to delve into the minds of their victims and to interpret their findings correctly. The Dark Lord, for instance, almost always knows when somebody is lying to him. Only those skilled at Occlumency are able to shut down those feelings and memories that contradict the lie, and to utter falsehoods in his presence without detection.
Harry: Voldemort? Yeah, his mother was a witch, but his dad was a Muggle -- or has he been telling you lot he's pure-blood?

"I always value bravery ... Yes boy, your parents were brave.... I killed your father first, and he put up a courageous fight ... but your mother needn’t have died … she was trying to protect you ... Now give me the stone unless you want her to have died in vain."
“So, your mother tried to save you. Yes, that's a powerful counter-charm. I can see now ... there is nothing special about you, after all. I wondered, you see. There are strange likenesses between us, after all. Even you must have noticed. Both half-bloods, orphans, raised by Muggles. Probably the only two Parselmouths to come to Hogwarts since the Great Slytherin himself. We even look something alike ... but after all, it was merely a lucky chance that saved you from me. That's all I wanted to know”

(due to severe lack of Lucius/Voldemort fanart - you get Nagini instead)

Another lovely villain pairing - this time between the Dark Lord and his right-hand servant. I have a problem, I know... Anyway, in this dark, Slytherin relationship of master and servant, we find the pretty boy with... a serpentine person. In all technicalities, this relationship also encompasses Tom Marvolo Riddle/Lucius Malfoy - although it does warp the space-time continuum.

This relationship is based off of Lucius' position in the Death Eaters - he is a higher up, and despite his years "off duty," he has remained loyal to the Dark Lord. However, most people can see where the Lucius side of this relationship comes from - so let's discuss the Voldemort side, in four simple, but to the point words:

Lucius. Is. Not. Dead.

The Dark Lord is not forgiving (obviously) - and while he is fairly aggravated by Lucius' lack of loyalty in his years of dismiss - he never killed him, despite the fact that he was to be presumed the most loyal. Lucius has yet to demonstrate any real magical skills, and his position, power, and wealth can be easily obtained– and for several other Death Eaters – are already held. So, why keep Lucius around? All he needs is somebody loyal – and while Lucius does seem to be quite so, he has never truly demonstrated any greater loyalty then any of the other Death Eaters.

As the world at “Death Eaters HQ” is not one that is commonly explored in the Harry Potter novels, the relationship cannot be analyzed much further – but it’s something for you to think about.

I could have written proper descriptions for these characters - but instead, I chose to quote other characters to help aid you in this matter (also - you should know who they are; if you don't - then why are you here?).

This isn't actually my favorite Harry Potter pairing - yet I decided to make a thread for this one first (I think I am just on a evil/evil pairing high right now).

lol ~ I wish I was Voldemort... and I wish I was Lucius. I can't decide... if I was Voldemort, I could pet Lucius' hair... but if I was Lucius, I could be unnecessarily in love with the Great and Powerful Dark Lord Voldy.

Voldemort for me. I would love to pet Lucius's hair and snog with him. XDDD
