The rules are the ToS. Follow them as you would in any other part of Gaia, if not better. Also follow the extra little rules that are floating around in the sub forums. (The sub forum rules only apply to the sub forums.)

Any topic found breaking the rules will be deleted. [Two strikes and you're out!]
If there's a possibility that it's not breaking any rules it will be locked then deleted after one week. PM the mod that has locked the thread if you beleve that the thread is not breaking the rule stated.
Any post found breaking the rules will be deleted and you will be warned. The same two strikes apply.

To the mods: You must provide a reason to as why the topic is locked in the thread before you lock it/a reason for post deletion.
